Two teams in Africa that are sure to provide entertaining rollercoaster games with so much drama: Nigeria and Ivory Coast. Ghana sometimes too. |

Looking at our bracket, there's only two teams in wary of heading to the finals: DR Congo and Morocco, for different reasons. DR Congo because they've looked so compact and hard to break down while creating fantastic chances of their own, and Morocco simply because of home crowd. They've not really impressed me gameplay wise but I see CAF and all stakeholders involved pulling out all the stops to ensure that they secure this trophy. |

The ivory coast victory means you should always have something to play for at all times. If we played them we would have lost with the way we make our changes in the last 15 minutes. |

The real AFCON starts with the final 8. When the Boys have been separated from the Men. |

ThunderFireAgba:You get am. I actually think AFCON was better at 16 teams, similar to the 16 team Euros. Imagine an AFCON with just these 16 teams Nigeria, Egypt, Cameroon, Algeria, Tunisia, Senegal, Ghana, Morocco, CIV, DRC, B. Faso, Mali, South Africa, Zambia, Benin, Sudan.... Even the group stages would be challenging. But once you get out of the group, straight to the last 8. |

Our path to the final looks good.. Morroco doesn't seem much of a threat.. And we can beat either Congo /Algeria |

SymphonyRad:People are sleeping on Cameroon. Never underestimate them. They are a force to recon. I'd say their group is the group of death at the end of the group stage. In terms of quality of opposition in this tournament, Mozambique and Gabon have been impressive. On the other hand , Nigeria played Tanzania and Uganda, both less power teams. Mozambique fights. And they fight till the end. They lost narrowly to Ivory Coast having kept themselves in the game. Then they defeat Gabon in their next game. A Gabonese team we could beat over extra time during playoffs. They'd change their first team and still played well against cameroun. I know we can beat them. But we should remember they are a southern African side and unlike the east African sides we played, we have struggled against South African just as recently from our world cup qualifiers. |

Whenever we beat teams like uganda and Tanzania, people here will make our group look like its an easy group, but when this same uganda and Tanzania placed in another group and shock big teams, they will call it group of death🤣🤣🤣 oga if you put Gabon and Mozambique in our group them go still chop am….abeg you guys should stop underrating this Chelle's super eagles and go sit one place abeg….am so pained with how we executed world cup qualifiers and i will still keep blasting our federation for making us a laughing stock….who is Gabon and Mozambique in afcon that you will be calling them group of death….oga Uganda and Tanzania are East African arch-rivals…Nigeria/Tunisia 5th/6th in africa…that can also pass for a group of death…because of Cameroon and CIV dey d same group flanked by ekuke teams, its now a group of death |
