Most of these funds are cornered for politicking & conversion for storage in hard currency. It's difficult to say whether he's a terrorist sponsor or not. But if there're glaring evidences, he should be prosecuted when he loses his immunity as a governor.

Bauchi State governor, Bala Mohammed, has accused the Federal Government of allegedly using the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to harass and intimidate opposition leaders across the country.

Mohammed made the allegation while speaking in an emotional tone after receiving a Safety Ambassador Award from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON).

The governor claimed that the APC-led Federal Government was abusing state institutions, including the courts and the anti-graft agencies, to harass Nigerians who do not belong to the ruling party.

“The APC-led Federal Government think they can use the courts, an institution of government, and the EFCC to pursue and prosecute Nigerians who are not within their party. If they don’t stop, we are going to declare war,” he said.

Mohammed expressed shock over what he described as attempts to link him to terrorism, despite enjoying constitutional immunity as a sitting governor and serving as a leading figure in the opposition.

I don't understand your reasoning. Somebody has been accused of sponsoring terrorism with his COMMISSIONERS' BANK ACCOUNTS linked to terrorists like Bodejo of Myetti Allah. They have been taken to court and they have access to lawyers. Let them explain themselves instead of playing with the emotions of people like you WHO LIKES THEM ONLY BECAUSE THEY'RE FIGHTING YOUR ENEMY.

Politics is a very dirty game, no honor amongst thieves, even I feel the APC is still very lenient with their supposed enemies, Tinubu na democrat.

If it was under OBJ, most of these so called opposition members would have fled Nigeria until 2031.

Trying to rewrite his words after the fact doesn’t change the timeline or the meaning.

And dragging Jonathan’s comment about sympathizers is a weak false equivalence. Jonathan acknowledged infiltration; APC insiders confessed to active collaboration and sponsorship of terrorist and bandits. Those are not the same thing.
