I have and use the argot but I don't have a background in the area. I instead used to be a patient and while researching my conditions learned so much and the many potential benefits of eating a more balanced diet every day than merely pouring sugars down my throat to satisfy the daily need for food. 🥱🥱

Wow that’s amazing. Yea, beneficial gut microbes(microbiomes) can be harnessed with the likes of yoghurt cos of the presence of a rod shaped bacillus bacteria. You are a good researcher to be honest. Stay safe man

I always try something new every first of the year. I detected wheat biscuits in waffle form just some months ago.

The wheat biscuits is best used with either milk or yoghurt. Yoghurt is my own favourite use
