An Igbo Muslim lady, Besira Ugochi, has raised a serious concern over the safety of Muslims living in Nsukka. She warns that the situation has escalated, that members of the Muslim Ummah now fear for their lives

99% of Muslims living in Nsukka are from Northern Nigeria. They enjoy more safety there than in the north. The Nigeria government is currently on an albeit failed mission of framing a narrative of Muslim persecution in the east.
They do not realize that apart of virtually having no Igbo who is Muslim, the expression "Igbo Muslim" which they enjoy to promote as a government is in itself ethnic profiling.

We don't have Muslim in igbo land, what we have is strangers practicing their faith without any hindrance.Any igbo man claiming Muslim is out to make money from the Muslim community because they are curiously fighting for entrance into igbo land.
