The ref should better behave himself, that's a clear dive and offside |

JohnBullMySon:I dey tell you. Offside or not, that's a ridiculous dive. |

I want to believe VAR is now making Refs lazy. Or maybe na the VAR people na the real lazy. Cos tell me why that simple decision is taking more than a minute. |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by JohnBullMySon: 5:40pm On Jan 03 |
mostob:Na offside nah. But I think the dive would still be given because there was contact. |

Noticed same but for quite a while. Krepin Diatta was a breakout winger for Senegal back at the 2019 Afcon where he was crowned best young player. We all remember that edition where Senegal reached the final losing to Algeria that knocked us out in the semis (Mahrez FK). As time went on though, his versatility on the right as a winger/wingback/rightback shone through more often and has been listed as a RB for Monaco recently and Senegal are using him just the same. This has been spotted since his Club Brugge days though as a wingback in a 3-5-2. mostob: |

JohnBullMySon:😂 This is how an offside goal was awarded to Morocco because of a fine bicycle kick |

Offsides or not. Sudan go surely collect inside this match. |

This latest Senegal goal is still offside. Ismaila Sarr was offside. If they give it, it is wrong. |

It is inevitable but the Senegalese have been bagging offside goals and they have decided to give one of them. JohnBullMySon: |

If Sudan is to get anything out of this match, Abdullah must sharpen his shooting boots. And they must create space for him. |

Now that Cyriel Dessers has gone back to his club because of injury. Will he be replaced by another player from the provisional list? |

TheSuperNerd:He wasn't the Sudanese defender spread his leg which kept him on though tight he want off but I wonder why this tight one was quickly resolved while the obvious initial one was lengthy for no just cause |

Aina does not look so in that pic. Onyeka looks taller than 5'8 too. And Osimhen is not 1.86m then right? Benjamin is taller than u paint. He is not "Semi-like" tall but he has decent height as a CB compared to Shorter CBs in Marc Guehi and Lisandro Martinez. Gary Medel at 1.73m or even 1.71 was a CB who won Back to back Copa Americas and played InterMilan, Bologna and Sevilla. So rest. Blueelf: |

The officiating in this AFCON is quite below standard , I thought VAR will always be a great help but for this tournament confusion here and there . I hope CAF won't dash host the trophy with poor officiating |
