Noticed same but for quite a while. Krepin Diatta was a breakout winger for Senegal back at the 2019 Afcon where he was crowned best young player. We all remember that edition where Senegal reached the final losing to Algeria that knocked us out in the semis (Mahrez FK).
As time went on though, his versatility on the right as a winger/wingback/rightback shone through more often and has been listed as a RB for Monaco recently and Senegal are using him just the same. This has been spotted since his Club Brugge days though as a wingback in a 3-5-2.
Oh thank you. I can still remember his exploits at that Afcon. Kinda strange seeing him at RB.

If Sudan is to gini?? Senegal should wrap this up in the 2nd 45 biko. Conceding to Sudan sef is a slap on Senegal's face grin

Kwesi Appiah has done a good job with Sudan but this is where their fairy tale ends.

mostob:
If Sudan is to get anything out of this match, Abdullah must sharpen his shooting boots. And they must create space for him.

Why isn't VAR in this AFCON ruling line like we see in European leagues?

Senegal's 2nd goal is offside, nothing wey VAR won tell me
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 6:01pm On Jan 03
Watched replays again and again and Sarr was offside. VAR even refused showing us the lines that show he is on. They just decided to give this one.

oloriooko:
He wasn't the Sudanese defender spread his leg which kept him on though tight he want off but I wonder why this tight one was quickly resolved while the obvious initial one was lengthy for no just cause

Na why I put 'if' now. He's the only bright spark in their team.

Aina does not look so in that pic. Onyeka looks taller than 5'8 too.

And Osimhen is not 1.86m then right?

Benjamin is taller than u paint. He is not "Semi-like" tall but he has decent height as a CB compared to Shorter CBs in Marc Guehi and Lisandro Martinez.

Gary Medel at 1.73m or even 1.71 was a CB who won Back to back Copa Americas and played InterMilan, Bologna and Sevilla.

So rest.
gary medel is an outlier

and yes, benjamin fredrick is same height as guehi. Time will expose thuis fact

He is a short CB and osimhen is 6'2

The officiating in this AFCON appears controversial and questionable, even with VAR the officiating is below standard

It’s terrible from what we all watched and saw in the last Afcon this is a huge step backwards.

Don’t even care who wins this competition anymore let it just end and we all move on
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 6:20pm On Jan 03
Gary Medel is a really short CB. And we have loads of short CB examples. So that means lots of outliers. His partner, was also 1.69m tall. Lol

And Good so you affirm Osimhen is 6ft 2in meaning he is indeed slightly over 1.86m.

Now look again at that lineup pic. Benjy is not much shorter than Osimhen. So the Guehi 1.82 cant be Benjy's height. Benjy is taller than that but not by much.

And the only thing Time will truly expose is how much more fantastic of a CB Benjamin Frederick is and why he will be mentioned in same class as CBs shorter than him like Guehi, Puyol and Lisandro.

I mean even Sergio Ramos is not among football's really tall CBs. He is 1.83m which places him at exactly 6ft. Google may say 1.84 but point stands. Still 6ft.

Now, Return to your dark elf mode.

Now that Cyriel Dessers has gone back to his club because of injury. Will he be replaced by another player from the provisional list?
doubt that. Usman muhammed, fago and nnadi were the reserve list for this tournament.

As a boy, my love for this photo was crazy.

Nna ehn, e better make I no chop food, than make I no watch a super eagles match. I always saw the super eagles as the numero uno of national teams globally. Nothing concern me with club football eventhough I loved Barca because of Guily and then, Dinho.

This picture is my number1 photo for the super eagles.
OBAGOAL. cheesy

But...

His work rate and dedication is 100% but his decision making and intelligence as a striker is zero..

They will use it to favour the North Africans

An unpopular opinion ion would be to start moffi or KC ahead of osimhen

SE profligacy is primarily his fault.
