I would never trust the Yuan . Whose value is controlled by the govt.
The Federal Reserve takes no direct order from the President and has a history of independence operation wise.

The US govt enacts policies to stabilize /influence the $ ,but it's the Federal Reserve that makes the call o interest rates.
I trust the dollar value than the Chinese Yuan.
