Amedino99:Even if they wanted to, they don't have that many players in quality leagues in Europe... Their current squad has two players from the Saudi league, one from Romania and one from Denmark...I don't think any of them are even regular starters at their clubs.... |

FiveFootNinja:They booed because of 2 reasons South Africa knocked them out in the last edition Hugo Broos said this AFCON is boring compared to the last edition, I partially agree with him Even the theme song is below par, compared to ivory coast edition West Africans even though have poor infrastructure, truly know how to host a party or festival lol |

You know I have a dream to win this game by 4 or 5 goals without any goal for my team and have 80% possession - Eric Sekou Chelle. May your dream come true. 8pm can't come soon enough. My predictions. 🔸Nigeria 3 Mozambique 0 🔸Osimhen brace, one goal.for Akor. 🔸Super Eagles keep their first clean sheet 🔸Not less than 60% ball possession. 🔸Same starting lineup vs Tunisia. Lets go. |

CapitalCee:That one Na striker? ![]() Checked his career stats at club level and it's bang below average.. They better come to their sense and find a way to get more of their players to Europe top leagues... Morocco used to be ordinary in Africa not too long ago until they started stuffing their national team with foreign born players |

We need to rush these Mozambique players today from the blast of the whistle. Try to score and dominate play just like we did against Benin Rep. Pray that our defense and goalkeeper do not screw up today. Lets just keep a clean sheet PLEASE. |

Danielnino00:just like i said sometime last year, south africa's squad is home based not by choice but by design. They don't have players that are good enough for europe but people always ascribe it to their league paying well as if europe does not pay better. If they can, let them start with catching the players young. Include abroad players in their youth teams for integration. Gone are the days home based players rule african football. If not for nigeria that self destructed so bad in the WCQ group, they are not meant to be in a world cup group today but then it is what it is. |

Danielnino00:The issue is SouthAfricans are just not good enough to nail down a starting place in any European team. Its not in their gene. The best footballing countries are the Sub saharan Africans Like Mali, Nigeria, Burkinafaso, Ivoryxoast, Cameroon, Ghana and Senegal. These countries are just curropt and mismanaged FAs. Look at France NT full of Players with nationalities from French speaking countries, England, Austria, Italy, and Swiss having a lot of players with Nigerian heritage. None of these countries want to Naturalise any SouthAfrican player. They are not just good enough natuarally. Have you ever seen any SouthAfrixan player in History reach World class level? Nigeria has people like Okocha, Osihmen, Ikpeba, Kanu and Mikel. Senegal had Diouf and Mane, Ivroycoast has Drogba, Toure brothers etc. Cameroon had Etoo, Geremi, Mbeumo, Mboma, Roger Milla, Ghana had Essien, Abedi Pele, Sami Kuffour etc. Have you ever seen any South African player evr in history reach that level? |

Another country I'm waiting to descend on in Twitter is DR Congo. I don't mind using Google translate, I go troll them wetin no good if we jam dem and comot them. I just pray that somehow this FIFA case goes in our favor. That will be the icing on the cake. I swear dem go report me for that app. ![]() |

opes:I had high expectations for him. From almost being signed by Eintracht Frankfurt some years back to now signing for PISA a bottom-tier club in the Serie A. That's a drop. Well, I guess the Serie A is a bigger, better league (top 5), is more competitive, and has better visibility than the :Czech league. Hopefully, he'll do well in the league and earn a move to a bigger Serie A club or elsewhere, and also get invited to the Suoer Eagles. |

Amedino99:They don’t have much players born abroad, due to low migration rates. Then also their local league pays high so there isn’t much incentive for their players to move abroad. |

CapitalCee:So when South Africans were captains of Leeds, having players starting for Cagliari, Lazio, Man Utd, Fenerbahce etc.. what was that? Not in our gene? Secondly, how can they neutralize South African players when they dont have many South Africans born in those places? Having players turning out for France when they aren't is also not the flex you think it is. There have been South Africans players who were were world class.. eg.. Radede, Moshoeu, Pienaar, Fortune, Mccarthy etc.. So this assertion "we are not good enough naturally" is nonsense.. Lol, Football is one area where you guys feel you have one against SA.since you guys cant keep up with our country in many areas. I partially understand the chest thumping |

yinkeys:Morocco plays defensive even against smaller teams. Watch the build up to Brahim’s goal you’ll understand. They usually connect the defense to midfield with long passes instead of having the center backs drive the ball. It makes counterattacks difficult to achieve. They ceded the ball a lot in the closing stages to Tanzania too. |
