Hakimi missed a penalty in the dying minutes to make it 1-1. They got a red following a counter before conceding the second goal. The scoreline did not decribe the game properly
Is it not telling that Hakimi's pk is your evidence of Morocco's best chance? A lifeline deep into the game?

You couldnt beat us both legs though.. last Afcon it had to go to penalties. This current team is mid.
We played with a depleted squad. Osimhen was absent. We just got a new coach. You were at the very top of your game and you had the advantage taking us to that pitiful potato form. If anything, you're the one who flopped those fixtures, just like you flopped in AFCON.

Lol. Radebe and McCarthy world class? You must be a joker.
If Mourinho thinks so, who are you to think otherwise?

You guys should take it easy, SA has produced huge talents in the past, yes, they are not plenty like Nigeria, but to say Steve Pienarr was not a great player is just bad belle, ask Yakubu Aiyegbeni, that was the guy feeding him assists in their days at Everton.
Lol. You don reduce am to great player 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Steven Piernaar is just a decent average player, he is not a great player we all watched him at Everton.
Its not about plenty of great players. We are talking about quality. Ghana is a smaller country than SA they have produce far better quality players all round than SA. Likewise Senegal and Cameroon. My main point is naturally SouthAfricans are not just good in football its a genetics thing.

At what point do we talk form over pedigree.?
Even form wise, Mali and DRC clears your team. YOU couldn't break down a ten-man Egypt squad. Your attack is easy to frustrate and neutralize. Is it Mali that is playing 5-5-1-1 haramball you think you can handle?

This statement would fit with India not South Africa

A team with no wins is somehow in better form than a team with none? Ok.

Save for Madagascar (in which case qualification was already secured) Nigeria has never lost to any minnow at the AFCON.

Bruh, your attack is dogwater. You rotate the ball endlessly with nothing to show for it. You scored only 3 clear goals this tournament. Talk about maximum input with zero output.

No South African expects us to win the world cup, so you're not really making a groundbreaking revelation here.. but we passed a hurdle you couldn't.. what does that make you?
Also you won't win this tournament too.. you guys still clearly living on the idea you're big Dawgs that boat has sailed..

He was Everton's player of the season around 2010; in another season earlier than that, he was the top UEFA Champions League top assist provider, which can never be an average player by all standards abeg. Go and listen to Yakubu in one of his interviews and see how he showered praises on the player. He was indeed world-class. SA may not have produced more players like him, but he stands out. Injury even affected him, as he would probably have played for bigger clubs.

You almost topped that group not by defeating us but by having our points docked.. let it also be said, your group was darn easy.. lets see when you meet, Congo, Morocco, Algeria etc.
We already met a top tier team in Tunisia. We embarrassed them for majority of the game.

When was the last time you straight up beat a top tier team? Go ahead. I'll wait.

Thats where we agree unfortunately.. our attack has been constantly our Achilles heel .. we could have easily killed-off the Cameroon youre overhyping within the few mins of the game

The hurdle we couldn't pass was administrative corruption, not football ability. We have that in spades.

You on the other hand lack the talent. In fairness to you, you have structure. But there's only so much structure can accomplish.

Across the board that's not true. Mali's youth team are consistent performers. Also I think Mali have qualified for more AFCON tournaments in recent times. Plus they have a better head to head record. Mali have beat SA more times than SA have beat Mali. You can verify these things.
yes when it comes to youth football Mali tops SA in Africa but men’s football SA tops Mali in terms of achievement and pedegree

Mali is one of the worst underachievers in African football history.

Mali have a deeper pool of talent as well as constant features in the AFCON over SA. If not for trophy wey SA carry in 1996, what else does SA have over Mali in terms of achievements? Only thing I can think of is WC qualification, but for SA that happens like once in every 25 years.

Insulting me doesn't change the fact that you beat a below-par Tunisian team, even its star player, Hannibal.. admitted this as much after their elimination.

That is why I mentioned earlier that SA may need to do like France or Belgium to tap into the talent pool of their huge immigrant base who are already SA citizens to boost their national team football, and then mix with their lean local pool.

Enough of this SA conversation sef, we get match today grin

when it comes to talent production Mali tops SA but SA have qualified for 3-4 world cups if I’m not mistaken and also won the afcon
