Nah.. talent is there. Coaching and the right selection players is needed..
you guys have Athletes as footballers with lil footballing IQ

The very reason you guys tend to hype mediocrity to high heavens in terms of players

Same way you lost to a below par Egypt team who were down by 10 men.

We can do this all day bruh.
And we all so how we lost right? Also if you've played football, you'd know how difficult it is to play 10 men, playing deep begind the ball..

That is why I mentioned earlier that SA may need to do like France or Belgium to tap into the talent pool of their huge immigrant base who are already SA citizens to boost their national team football, and then mix with their lean local pool.

Enough of this SA conversation sef, we get match today grin
Excellent. That was what France did. France was just not good enough to compete until they started tapping into immigrants talents. They should find a way to Naturalise Immigrants children born there especially Nigerians and Ghanians. But Xenophobia no go let them

Head to head results are one of the most direct measures of competitive superiority. If Mali consistently beats South Africa when they actually face each other on the pitch, then it shows they can handle the pressure and tactics of that specific opponent when it matters.

Historical achievements from decades ago no go help you win the match wey go happen today today.

My preferred XI

Subs ♻️ starting from the 65th minute:
- Awaziem for Osayi-Samuel
- Akor for Onuachu
- Onyedika for Onyeka
- Dele-Bashiru for Iwobi

Prediction:
🇳🇬 Nigeria [5]–[2] Mozambique 🇲🇿

It's more likely we'll get another AFCON trophy before you do. We have talent scattered across the globe. Only thing we lack is structure.

Pointing out the reasons why Nigeria lost the World Cup ticket is an excuse but doing the same to explain South Africa's shambolic AFCON performance is not excuse...?

Yeah, you're comfortably delusional. And a bit of a hypocrite as well.

Victor Boniface had one of the biggest downgrades in world football in 2025... Tough times for the Nigerian striker.

Saying Osimhen wasnt there is an excuse, when you have other "good" players, being robbed of a legitimate penalty and Egypt given a non-existent one are two very different things

Some players are just unlucky. I hope he can still salvage his career, but if not, he should take solace in his previous achievements.

Makes me remember Carl Ikeme. Imagine that health condition never arose, with this stature and personality that was like another Peter Czech that never was. Life, at times, is just cruel, and we just have to move on.
