First of all, you'll notice I used a tentative expression.

Secondly, talent concentration matters a lot. Our diaspora in top European leagues gives us a higher ceiling when structure clicks.

You're right that individuals don't make teams, but quality individuals with proper organization beat lesser individuals with good organization. Every single time. We've seen it repeatedly in international football. Our potential upside is simply higher.
