No Party National Secretary will act without the consent of the president. Wike’s time is up unless the Tinubu we all know has changed. Rivers and Kano need to be under the direct control of Tinubu. Control through proxy is risky. Fubara and Abba Yusuf need freedom. Tinubu is offering them not only that.
