Can God die? Is Jesus God? Yes, he is God in flesh! So basically he is God? Yes! Did God die? No? But you said Jesus is God? Yes, Jesus is God that became man so he still remains God and man! Did Jesus die like any other man dies? Yes he died for three days and three nights... Can God die? No! Is Jesus God? Yes! I mean he's God and man so only his human part died! So you mean Jesus didn't really die and only a part of him died? Not really! I mean, Erm!! Can you define death, I mean as it affects all creatures? Death is simply the loss of all bodily functions! Did Jesus lose all his bodily functions when he died? Yes, he gave up the ghost! So did God (aka Jesus) lose all his bodily functions for three days and three nights? God is three persons and Jesus is just one person, there's the father, Son (Jesus) and the holly spirit. That's the trinity dogma! So how many Gods exists? One! How many died? None! But Jesus died? Yes! Is Jesus not God as you said earlier? Yes he is! You see this is a mystery you need the spirit to grant you its understanding! But you clearly don't understand it too! How can Jesus be God and die? How can God be one yet three persons. One died leaving two persons that are each Gods! Can God die? |

Antichristian2:Yes Gods die, as history shows. Humans just need to stop worshipping them and they die.

Antichristian2:Is your intention merely to attack the religious narrative offered by the Christians(you being a muslim), or are you asking generally because you think you understand the limitation that you believe should apply as far as every deity out there, including the muslim Allah? (Basically, are you suggesting that every deity out there ought to have the same limitation that the Allah of the Muslims has?🥱🥱 Are you somehow of the mind that because Allah of the muslims cannot take human form and hence die the human death, therefore Zeus of the Greeks should also not be able to take human form and die the human death? I would like to understand why you keep insisting that God(in your case, Allah) cannot die the human death; therefore, all other deities out there should also not be able to die the human death. ![]() |

GOD CANNOT DIE OR DO NOT DIE SIMPLE. You must understand the definition of death by human understanding and by God's understanding. 1. Separation of a man from God is death in God dictionary even if the man is still breathing and eating rice. 2. GOD is Spirit. Jesus is God by The Spirit who put on Flesh to be able to relate with this world. Jesus only dropped the flesh when he was crucified and not the dead of HIS IN-GOD SPIRIT. |

It depends on the God you are talking about. In the Bible God revealed that there are many Gods who are lesser than Him: God stands in the assembly of the gods. He stands as judge among the judges. Psalms 82:1 So whether they are humans or spirits as long as they serve as judges over other beings they will surely die {Psalms 82:6-7} the first human to be conferred with the title "God" is Moses a prophet of the true God {Exodus 7:1} and God revealed to him that another prophet will be raised like Moses {Deuteronomy 18:18} Peter a follower of Jesus said Jesus is that prophet who also served as God! Act 3:22 compare to Isaiah 9:6 Both Moses and Jesus died even though God raised Jesus back to life due to his faithfulness to the true God {Hebrews 5:7} but there is One who never died and will never ever die that is the Person Jesus referred to as the Only True God. John 17:3 |

Kobojunkie:You didn't address anything from the thread! You just attacked what's in your brain! |
| Re: Can God Die? by Kobojunkie: 12:40pm On Jan 04 |
Antichristian2:You mean your question, " Can God die?" Was not in the thread but in my head? 🥱🥱🥱 To address the issue, I had to first ascertain the identity of this "God's first in relation to your religion since you are Muslim and then maybe also consider whether this is not a case of you projecting the attributes of your Allah of the Muslims -- your particular with --- onto other deities like the Christian and maybe even the Greek gods. 🥱🥱🥱 |
| Re: Can God Die? by Antichristian2(op): 1:02pm On Jan 05 |
Kobojunkie:You are still addressing what is in your head! There's no Muslim/Islamic presence in the thread! |
| Re: Can God Die? by Kobojunkie: 4:01pm On Jan 05 |
Antichristian2:Alright then. The Greek gods were known to take human form and experience human death as well in that form. So, the answer to your question is yes. 🥱🥱🥱 |
| Re: Can God Die? by Antichristian2(op): 4:12pm On Jan 05 |
Kobojunkie:I don't think the Greek gods (or any other small gods) were referenced anwhere in the OP! Can you be focused please? |
| Re: Can God Die? by Kobojunkie: 4:18pm On Jan 05 |
Antichristian2:Well, you didn't provide us with a reference to where the deity in question unequivocally stated through any of his about 20 something prophets that he couldn't have a human form and go as far as to die a human death. So, the answer to your question is that it is not impossible for the deity in question to do so, even if it may be impossible for Allah of the Muslims. And I provided you with examples of other gods who have the ability to do exactly that. 🥱🥱🥱 Oh, I am quite focused since this subject I have been on and have come to realize how religion indeed traps individuals in self-made delusions in denial of even the facts right before their eyes. 🥱🥱 |
| Re: Can God Die? by Antichristian2(op): 11:00am On Jan 06 |
Kobojunkie:"Can God die" is not the same as "Can god die"! Seems you've been waking up from the wrong side of the.... |
| Re: Can God Die? by Kobojunkie: 11:25am On Jan 06 |
Antichristian2:Your God is someone else's god. 🥱🥱🥱 Seems more like denial remains a staple for you. 🥱🥱🥱 |
| Re: Can God Die? by Antichristian2(op): 8:32am On Jan 07 |
Kobojunkie:All these are irrelevant to the thread! |
| Re: Can God Die? by Truthseeker10: 8:24pm On Jan 07 |
tos4u:So you're telling us here that Jesus did not die? It was only the flesh that died? |
| Re: Can God Die? by Kobojunkieee: 10:11pm On Jan 07 |
Antichristian2:If I asked you the question, "Can God die?" Your response may come back from your religion regarding your Allah, who is just a god to me. So, yes, this is actually quite relevant. ![]() |

Truthseeker10:Bodily Jesus died, but spiritually Jesus did not die |
| Re: Can God Die? by Truthseeker10: 6:31pm On Jan 10 |
tos4u:Below is Luke 23:46. New King James Version And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, “Father, ‘into Your hands I commit My spirit.’ ” Having said this, He breathed His last. If Jesus only died bodily according to you, where did he go spiritually after dying according to the verse above? |
| Re: Can God Die? by budaatum: 1:47pm On Jan 12 |
Antichristian2:It does not matter how you try to cut your "God". All Gods, including Yahweh and Allah will eventually die when humans start to learn more by reading more books, because you can't keep humans in ignorance in Eden forever. That said, Christianity has shown it can evolve from fire and brimstone Yahweh to meek and gentle Jesus, so it might survive longer. If it had maintained an eye for an eye, Yahweh wouldn't have likely enjoyed its mass adoption in the West. Below is the Qur'an saying those who read only one book will become extinct.

| Re: Can God Die? by Antichristian2(op): 6:05am On Jan 17 |
budaatum:By definition, God is eternal, limitless, All-powerful and All-knowing! If your God dies, becomes limited or not powerful then that's a false god! That said, Christianity has shown it can evolve from fire and brimstone Yahweh to meek and gentle Jesus, so it might survive longer. If it had maintained an eye for an eye, Yahweh wouldn't have likely enjoyed its mass adoption in the West. What you call evolution is actually pollution and corruption! The transformation of God to become man, from being unlimited to being limited, from being All-powerful to being powerless and from being All-knowing to being not All-knowing is simply against the definition of the capital God! However, gods may fit in as we know of some gods who were previously simply humans and became gods after their death! Below is the Qur'an saying those who read only one book will become extinct. The Qur'an saying was actually ignorantly interpreted by you. Allah spoke about the vastness of His words if it were to be written down. If His words is so vaste then His majesty is more majestic! |
| Re: Can God Die? by budaatum: 12:45pm On Jan 17 |
Antichristian2:"By definition" does not make Gods eternal. All those dead gods were also defined as "eternal, limitless, All-powerful and All-knowing" until they were abandoned and died. Antichristian2:It is sad you think this, and the consequence of your thinking is even sadder when you consider what you purchase from nations that include evolution in their babies milk. Antichristian2:Zeus and many other Gods were not considered human, yet they died when the eyes of their worshippers finally opened. Antichristian2:It was not an interpretation but an understanding. If the Words of Allah are vast, we humans must read many many books in search of them. Early Muslims understood this and taught Europe about European philosophers that Europeans had forgotten.
