Just send it via email. During my application, I was asked to send the same updated flight itinerary and hotel booking twice. It was sent via email only and wasn’t a problem.

GodGraceOnly:
Hello house, please I got a mail to send flight and hotel reservation to them, will I be sending them via mail or courier?

Someone who has forwarded same to them should please let me know how they them.

Thanks.

Thanks but it’s a new reservation because my previous travel expired because my previous travel date elapsed.

Thanks. Did you submit new leave letter? I don’t know if I should also send a new leave letter and company NOC to them when work resumes next week because my new travel itinerary is above my previous work leave travel date schedule.

Goggle states Brazil visit visa for Nigeria takes 10days and I saw different period during my application of which I have already gotten leave approval date.

I hope this one doesn’t by pass again because I’m paying for the reservations.

Did the previous leave letter you submitted if you did had any negative effect on your approval?
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by dvs511: 12:12am On Jan 02
Our travel dates also elapsed twice and we were asked to resend new flight and hotel reservations on 2 different occasion.
We didn’t send new leave letter because it wasn’t requested, you shouldn’t either.
Our application period took about 3 months in total and we got the visas in the end (tourist visa).
Goodluck.

Woow congrats . I just got mail for interview.

Did you attend interview? If yes, How long after your interview did you receive your Visa?

Please do you know the kind of question they’d ask?

Kindly notify me please. Thanks . I felt so ecstatic when I I saw the mail.

Hi, please have you heard from the consulate yet concerning your family’s reunion visa, it’s been 4 weeks today since I applied and not even a follow up mail from them yet
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by dvs511: 11:11pm On Jan 02
We weren’t called for interview, we got the visas without an interview so I have no idea what questions the might ask, probably about your travel plans and maybe, why Brazil…. I’m just guessing.

I’m not sure what your travel dates are, try looking up the carnival and if your new travel dates fall within that time, you can use it as an extra reason why you intend to visit Brazil.

If/when you get the visa, the carnival period is not a good time to visit Brazil, unless you really want to experience the Carnival. This is because accommodation (hotels, airbnbs) are super expensive around that period.

Kindly notify me please. Thanks . I felt so ecstatic when I I saw the mail.

Thanks for the responds. I heard they’d call about 90% of female applicants up for interviews. Maybe to check something or reason best known to them.

Mine is up soon though By God’s Grace, Amen!

Thank you for all the previous threads about child birth in Brazil.

I read don’t use agent ooo but do you recommend Wakanow to help in the application process?

If the proof of funds is not enough for a couple can the woman apply alone? (N.B She’s about 5 months gone)

Kindly respond, thanks
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by MsKay04: 5:21pm On Jan 06
Yes she can apply alone. Not to sound pessimistic, but 5 months is a bit late considering how long it might take to get a visa approval, but you may proceed with the application; who knows, it might be approved on time.

It's usually a short discussion, but the bottom line is to check if you are pregnant or not. They ask basic questions like why you are travelling, if you have travelled before, your job, and maybe one or two questions about your family.

Hi everyone.
Please, for someone going to Brazil for tourism purpose, can the person use a color copy for legalizations( Police report, Bank statement/ Reference letter)?

Does legalized birth certificate play any role there eg for residency?

Is Brazilian tourist company needed when applying for Tourist visa?

Notes: Visitation destinations are Brasilia & Belo Horizonte.

Hoping they aren't strict on work and leave letters for a freelancer researcher who also invests in Nigeria's financial markets and has ENOUGH for proof of funds.

Exactly but looking at someone to dictate pregnancy mighty give a false assumption because some women naturally have big tummy while some have it after childbirth and that doesn’t mean they’re pregnant.

Moreso, if people have money to birth, I don’t think there should be any issue with that unless it’s because of skin colour. After all, USA, Canada etc have offer for all that.

Some ladies worn bubu dress and top for the interview and some came from Abuja.

You don’t legalize those things if it’s tourist Visa.

Thanks for replying but there seem to be a different requirement for their embassy outside Nigeria.

If my other questions can be answered I will be grateful.

Please house, I do wished to ask a question that has been bothering me. Brazil and Mexico which is better please. Though Mexico is my first choice and I have active UK visa for it but needed to try Brazil too incase

If it’s because of pregnancy they’re inviting for interviews then, it might go sour and the guy that’s asking question doesn’t know much about countries and different between Uk, Schengen and entire European countries based on the travel history question we had and I didn’t have time to explain further to him though!

It’s Mexico better so that I’d write for my passport pickup to enable me book my ticket ahead.

I think the benefits are similar but Brazil has some flexibilities and people are more diverse. If you have a direct access to Mexico, i see no reason for you to disturb yourself.
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by dvs511: 8:31pm On Jan 09
For tourist visa application, you don’t need to legalize any of those mentioned documents.
For residency purpose, an authenticated PCC willow likely be needed.
You don’t need a Brazilian tourist company.

As a freelancer, you’re not expected to have a work/leave letter. But it will be to your advantage if you have a registered company or you can show some proof of employment.

Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by dvs511: 8:36pm On Jan 09
I don’t think there’s any country embassy that have visa offer for birth tourism. You’re mistaken.
You might tell a visa officer that you want to go to their country to give birth and they will approve your application. Another applicant might try same and get denied, so it’s subjective.
Sometimes it’s not about right or wrong answers during interviews, but about how you answer them. Confidence matters.

My first intention was actually Mexico before I started reading about Brazil and it sounds interesting though so I decided to check out too but I’ve already prayed and asked God To Choose The Best For Me and make anyone that wouldn’t favour me in future to decline even if I’m qualified.

Keeping my hands crossed And Leaving All To God Almighty To Decide Though, Amen !

Please, does it matter if one's birth certificate has the middle name ( on passport), written as the first name on the birth certificate?
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by dvs511: 1:20pm On Jan 11
I have no idea.
If you’re not sure too, just get an affidavit in that regards and you’re good to go.
The first name on my passport is different from the one mentioned in my birth certificate. I attached a high court affidavit during my application and I didn’t have any problem with my visa.

About this minor authorization form, do I need to take it to ministry of foreign affairs after notarizing it?

lol...he may not thinking about that. But I know their law grants permanent residence to a father or mother of any child born in Brazil. And in as little as 2years, citizenship is granted. That could be his aim. Brazil is the only country if I'm not mistaken that does that. They don't care about your status in the country. And brazilian passport enters all western nation visa free except US and Canada
wow! very good to have a child in Brazil.
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by francollimasso: 2:28am On Jan 22
I don't think so, it wasn't mentioned on the family reunion visa document

Hi all.
Please, are there Nigerians in Belo Horizonte Minas Gerais?

Are there Nigerian stores there or at least possibility of buying online and sent to Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais products like Dudu Osun, Antiseptic soaps, Blood purifier drinks? Thanks in advance
