Lol. Patrice Lumumba is the name of their former leader who this fan imitates. His own name is Michel Kuka Muladinga aka Lumumba Dea.

He returns to Kinshasa to have a chat with the real Lumumba statue he was emulating, to find out why this stunt failed. grin

Goke7:
That moment figurine returned to normalcy 😂

Everywhere blur for bros 😂

Yes oh, that bitter GhanaBoy will be talking about World Cup like his wack stars are going to win it … meanwhile they could not even qualify for AFCON and he dreams of lifting the Copa Mundial grin
I just hope they don’t embarrass Africa again!
My brother even if FIFA made a rule that goals scored against Ghana don’t actually count, Ghana still won't win the AFCON, not to talk of the World Cup. grin

Hmm and we're facing the same Algeria team of 2019 abi, remember Algeria eliminated the same Congo Dr that beat us recently though via penalties.....my man we can only get over Algeria with good tactics like we did in group stage and against Mozambique.
DRC only beat us because we had gone 120 mins with Gabon days prior, and they still needed a penalty shoot out, which could have gone either way

Normally, we go flog them

I don't know that we're creating load of chances and scoring goals but the team is being sabotaged?....yes against Algeria if Chelle gets it right nothing is stoping us but Onyeka and Iwobi we need to double their efforts for us to enjoy Iwobi...am seeing Onyedika and Chuckwueze killed it latter in the game
For me, I actually prefer we start Onyedika instead of Onyeka in this game..
Onyeka is on a yellow, if he gets another, he will miss the semis if we get there..
Chuks can be our joker in this game

Ademola Lookman posted this on his IG last night.

There is heavily enhanced firepower coming on saturday against the Algerians. Their fear will be justified.

Lookman is mature and cultured. Now we know why the childish one is playing in Turkey in his prime. He should be sent home.

Your striking partner told you to take things easy that you already have two goals and there was no need to be over stressing, and you started throwing stewpid tantrums as if he was competing with you for anything. Osimhen should be banned from the national team abeg.

If you never played this game, you will never understand how nauseating it is to have a player with Osimhen's attitude in your team. Such people make you doubt your abilities as a player with their incessant complains.

This is bulshit and very unprofessional from Lookman, let him try it against Algeria who can equalise the yeye two goals he was talking about. So it’s now a crime to be hungry for more goals because someone has two. Shebi it’s because it was Mozambique. Osihmen you guys are bashing is the one that’s more mature to know that after what happened against Tunisia it’s the wisest thing to pump in as more goals as possible. This gentle nature of Lookman that’s deceiving all of you, I will be here to mock all those that will complain again by the time the same Lookman starts playing like the way he was doing during the wcq and some were already saying he should be benched. You folks forget the past easily. Make una continue

Adegoke rest abeg. We were in control of the game. Yes, Osimhen was right to call for more goals, but Lookman wasn't wrong to ask to take things easy as the shout on Bruno was disrespectful, but Osimhen was totally wrong to have reacted childishly the way he did.

In Igbo we also say, "A tufuo ihe e ji ama mma, mma arụọ." = "When what aids beauty is thrown away, beauty disappears."

Chris, Let it rest. Osimhen is key to all that makes this team what it is. Never ever forget that.

The full backs will suffer most as Algeria got tricky wingers.. Everyone has to be involved in defense that day..
Yes that's true.
However, the Algeria wingers might also be busy trying help their wingers against the onslaught of our attack.
We never know what the future holds.

If you watch Nigeria's defensive transitions lately, you would see it has improved. The second time we employed this 4-3-1-2 was against Mozambique and when defending, we do so with 7 players at our defensive core. The 3 midfielders fall back to help the defence... Ndidi, covers the central area, Onyeka aids Osayi and Iwobi doubles up with Bruno.

Now depending on the pace of transition, Ndidi is also free to triple up on either flank with Bassey and Ajayi covering the central side and by which time Lookman/Akor would have fallen back as well. Osimhen also joins when he reads it necessary but all cant join in because the Nigerian rest defence press normally wins the ball back and would immediately launch a quick counter which is normally led by Lookman with Osimhen and Akor either ahead of or on track with him.

In conclusion, the fullbacks wont suffer much as they will have help and I expect Nigeria to be on the front foot mostly, not the backfoot.
