It's not Temu's fault. Most people don't read product descriptions.

Chinese people re fraud, but you need to read the description very carefully before purchasing, if they re doing promo on temu just know it's rubbish they will send to you, I returned 2 items today , got refund for other 2.
imagine putting a canvas image of a beautiful dress for a high amount then some people that don't take time to description will think it's an actual. I won't waste my money on temu again

Temu is nonsense, my wife ordered hair weave, bag and other stuff but was given weave that looks so ugly and oversized. She returned everything but couldn't get her money back. Immiedetly I deleted it permanently on my phone. Nonsense

There are some kind of laughs you laugh when you don't want to cry...

Temu should do better. They aren't the only online platform. But this keeps recurring on their platform.

It's either they do it intentionally or they have a problem with their description of goods.

It's most likely they do it intentionally though and it's fraudulent.

They would eventually run into legal issues or people would begin to boycott their platform.

No business with a long term investment plan uses this model for sales. Businesses don't grow this way!
It's not temu's fault. Most people are simply just greedy and stupid. All necessary information about a product is always written there, dimensions, specifications and all. But greed no go let them read, they only look at fancy pictures and place orders.

I don't know who gave them the business strategy they're using. It's a stuuupiiid one.

From Temu's adverts to their selling strategy, you should understand there's something seriously wrong with them. I can't buy from there.

I think its the buyer's fault that he doesn't go through the details of what he is ordering. There are always dimensions to their products. Even though the picture may be magnified, but the dimensions remain accurate to the product size in question.
People keep saying this, but it's not always the case. Sometimes, some key info is missing - while there's just enough info to make you think it's what it isn't.

I feel pity for the guy Temu is good platform to buy and sort for goods.all they need is to educate their potential customers on how to navigate their site.
things you need to know if you want to shop on Temu without being a victim
1. Dimensions conversion and calculations.you must know how to calculate length, breadth and height either in cm,inch,mm etc
2. You must have a tape rule or ruler at least any time you have the Interest to buy ,compare the given dimensions with the your tape rule to know the actual size in real life.
Then also look item description very well, most people that fall victim once they see item at cheaper price they just rush and make payment without looking for the item description and dimensions....
People will continually fall victim that is certain because the site have different vendor that market different goods .just have it in mind that any time you want to buy on Temu, their is toy of such item.so the only way to avoid picking the toy item is by looking at the dimensions and descriptions

Are you minding them...

Read instructions well before you purchase.

I am a frequent buyer from temu and I gets exactly whatever I ordered.

Unfortunately, they won't. Many Nigerians have refused to read the details of what they are buying that's why they keep falling victim to outrageous prices for miniature products.

I've bought many stuffs from Temu and I'm expecting more packages.

Read description and dimensions, then never forget to read reviews. If there are no reviews showing pictures of that product which others have bought, just leave the product.

Read reviews always irrespective of what you see. Good luck!

I was a temu addict last year, so I know what I'm saying. I literally bought stuffs almost every month.
It's either People don't read or they don't understand the dimensions written.
Let's even say there are no information, no wahala. What of reviews? Can't dey check for reviews?....
It's the customer's fault not temu.

That's what I prefer Alixpress, sharp sharp it is to ask for refund.
Temu wount refund properly to your card, rather they will give store credit which in my opinion is worthless.

Temu is Fraudulent online store. Please Nigerians stop patronizing Temu. Everything you see on Temu is a big scam. Few days ago, I ordered 27000mah power bank and they delivered power bank condom to me. I ordered 2 shoes at 47k each when I saw the shoes, I wept! They are not worth 7k in our local market, they were worst than Aba made. Temu do me strong thing! I wasted 158k on Temu store and everything they delivered was extremely inferior! I no fit cry!

It's not. There is false advertising, and that's what these guys are into. They are counting on it that you do not check the details. It's a conspiracy to commit fraud.

No, they are not a fraud

They are not responsible for what the sellers post

I have bought severally from temu with no issues,

Ignore the pictures and focus on the dimensions they state there

If the offer for electronics is too good to be true, then avoid it.

Young people complaining from Temu but my dad keeps using it, and getting free bonuses each time

Read instructions, focus on dimensions and not pictures.
