Nobody taught me to delete TEMU APP after I ordered 3 times with the products far below my expectations. TEMU is like Nigeria situation, very good and attractive on paper but the result is always disappointing.

Never again will I buy anything from TEMU

It not intentional people should learn to read discription of item before paying no be every picture be the main item and they even try to put caviet on it but most time people ignore it and later shouting online.. Have been buying from tamu for sometime now with no issue... Some one that I introduce to the app, without my knowledge buy a water prof nylon for outdoor speaker for 50k think it a outdoor speaker he paid for not until he show me the order on his phone which is already in transit, happen to be just a cover and I show him this is not a speaker but a nylon to cover the speaker because it was stated on the app but he did not read through

What temu is doing is fraud
FCCPC should look into their activities
Pictures form part of product description
Check it now and you'll see that they put a totally different thing on the app as description for the phone
That's why konga have a return policy for all their goods which temu does not have
Temu is effectively running a scam

The problem may be from the guy, he properbly ordered for the inches he got. I and my friend made such mistake many years ago when I ordered for my friend from jumia. I did not pay attention to the inches of the phone. I wanted to buy the type of my big size for my friend but unfortunately ordered for smaller size unknowingly. It was when Jumia brought I realized mistake was from me. Ever since then I am always careful not to make same mistake or get carried away with online product images

Temp is legit, a good site to buy from as long as you know what you're buying.
I have bought a lot of excellent items from Temu. Then one time I had a defective item, I was refunded and asked not to bother on return.
The problem is people don't read.

They only go by the prices and pictures .

Not true

We have bought gym bags from there, usb multiports, shoes, taps, mini solar lights, chargers, kitchen tools

And all came with no issues at all.

Read descriptions, check measurements and if there is issue with the product,

Ask for refund under the heading of item does not work/defective, that's the only heading i know under which they can give you full refund.

It's not temu's fault. Most people are simply just greedy and stupid. All necessary information about a product is always written there, dimensions, specifications and all. But greed no go let them read, they only look at fancy pictures and place orders.

Whose fault is it if not Temu. They advertise a Mercedes Benz trucker running smoothly and carrying heavy loads up mountain in a video but in the description, they will quietly add Wheel cover to deceive the buyer into buying only the wheel cover for half price of Mercedes Truck. That's deception.
