Please if you know anybody in that team, help me warn them not to receive any calls from political leaders. Infact make nobody visit or call them.

The joy I'm feeling right now, I want it to continue. Please

Knowing the kind of dramatics " the north Africans do when it comes to football, Nigeria should expect the worst in terms of theatrics, tantrums and lopsided officiating against Morocco on Wednesday . Tunisia 2004 semifinal comes to mind.
If we score clean goals like we did today, and hold the midfield like we did today, then nothing for them

That's why he missed that first chance with Osimhen open and begging for a pass
I refuse to speak

pointing out his wrongs and constructively correcting him is fair, but turning it into hatred as some people did here was very bad, some people even clamoured for him to be dropped to the bench.
He showed what team play means today. It could have easily being 2 assists for him. That's simply what he was preaching.

Those people from the core northern part of Nigeria who were celebrating the day Algeria defeated us due to religion, I wonder how they feel today. Sifia pain has landed on them, SA, Ghana etc.
The match started during work hours, so I followed most of it online. On my way home, the driver was streaming the match while driving, very risky, but the excitement was unreal. When Nigeria scored the first goal, the whole car erupted.

When I got to my junction, the driver refused to collect payment.

He was Hausa and Muslim.

Don't judge the north by the actions of some stupid fools.

I warned about Egypt's experience but Odilon Kossounou slipping up to allow Marmoush get through is downright not the kind of flunk you should make at this level and so early in the game for Goodness sake.

Odunayaw:
Egypt don score ke

Ah

Whenever you guys are on other social media platform, go there and give credit to the referee for doing a good job. Do not let the one sided narrative of the opposition overshadow the good side of the referee.

@emboldened... At halftime, I said Iwobi will keep doing what he is doing. He will find that gap and he did brilliantly for Nigeria's 2nd goal.

The Algerians were too careful in the 1st half and sometimes lucky when some of Iwobi's final third line breakers didnt punish them.

Iwobi, take your huge flowers for consistently probing and exploiting the gaps in between the Algerian midfield-defensive lines and the half spaces especially on the medial left side. A true Eagle Eye.

And let me add that defensively, Iwobi put it his best defensive shift of the Afcon so far today. Kudos Iwobinho!
Kinda looks like Edgar Davids in thie pix

Morocco will be our toughest opponent for sure. If they can make us play out of character they will have a chance. So far no team has been able to prevent our pressing and our taking full authority of the game. Morocco will be high intensity as usual.. pressing vs pressing. We'll see. I hope we can kill it by regulation time.. NO PKs please
Algeria will beat Morocco….Morocco no b any toughest challenge kan kan…now that we have dispatched our perceived real test…just watch how we are going to pummel Morocco with Embarrassing scoreline

The referee was massive today!
Very decisive and refused to be bullied by the Algerians
Took charge of the game really well and asserted his authority..

Massive performance by the referee!
Maximum respect!

I am not talking about the tournament but this game. I am also being constructive of how Lookman can improve on what he has done so far.

There is always room for improvement and Lookman improving in his transition will see us even perform better and Lookman scoring more.

Finito.
This game and you didn't examine him in previous games about his transition and how many players did you give critical analysis like this so far in this tournament, funny you said his deficiency showed more than his good work.... Oga thegoodjoe your comment on him is general not on this game..... remember your word sabotage which you later turned to sabotage play and sabotage team, now a player with two MOTM and good assists is a player you judged today and you came out with "his deficiency is more than his good work, haba, make we dey encourage these boys.
