Wow wow wow!!!! What a performance!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eric Chelle has done a fantastic job!!!! Every single player worked their socks off and left everything on the field!!!!

I sincerely hope and pray Chelle won't be tempted with better working conditions elsewhere to leave us.

On to the next battle, against the Atlas Lions, the referee and and the fans!!!! That would be a game!!!!!
Don’t worry , I will be available 😎

Sad Ndidi will miss nextt match
I hope Onyedika can improve defensively
Winning balls could be more important than his offensive specialty
Osayi Samuel played like a hero today
I pray he is not injured

I just realised we have scored 14 goals so far in this tournament. Eric chelle have turned this team around.
The most by the Super Eagles in the history of their participation in AFCON. The previous highest was 12.

We currently have a +10 goal difference and 15 points. The most in the competition.

The coach did everything possible for Ndidi to be available for semi final but while on the bench he still got a yellow card.

Would have loved us to face morroco in the final and do the double on their head. From the falcons to the eagles. Let's really dominate them but i guess semi final works too.
They can route our flight to crash into the Atlas mountains if that happens

Algeria and Mozambique are good teams based on the their group matches but when they met super eagles they became harmless . Algeria had zero shot at goal . This is the work of tactical changes by coach playing two DM midfielders Onyeka and Ndidi , this allow Iwobi to roam freely. I hope the coach will replace Ndidi with Onyedika since Ndidi is on suspension.

Iwobi doesn't help us defensively though

He did vs Mozambique and he did today (his best defensive shift so far at Afcon 2025).

Agreed, those guys showed us way too much respect, imagine not having a shot at goal for about 80mins, and no shot on target for the whole game, i believe morrocco will be the true test for us, and if not, Senegal would be the true test. .
I didn't notice them giving us any respect.

I can remember a particular instance where the Algerian pressing was tight, we meticulously passed the ball out of their press, a passing sequence that almost led to a goal.

There was nothing the Algerians could have done.

This was a game where Riyad Mahrez's contributions were purely defensive.

This was a game where the highest rated Algerian player was their goalkeeper, according to fotmob.
