The concern about Venezuela seems more or less about Trump failing than Venezuela being able to export more oil
They sell oil at a discounted rate, most of it to China .Which advanced them loans to be repaid back in oil. My understanding is that Venezuela oil will be sold to American refineries at market prices, refined and then sold to China or any other country.

Minnesota Statutes § 609.066, states: "If a driver accelerates toward an officer standing in front of the vehicle, this creates an immediate, life-threatening danger. The officer doesn't need to wait until impact; they can act based on the apparent intent and proximity".

Yes the homeless would not be able to vote if they don't own property...if property ownership becomes a qualification to vote.

Good thing is that the USA is a republic. All votes are not equal under the Electoral College due to population differences of the States.

Also the Citizens United (?) case qualified money as speech, opinions aren't equal either, richer people have "bigger" speech to influence elections and candidates.

Adding other sensible voting qualifications like property ownership, paying taxes and military service would be a good thing. Maybe one wouldn't need such qualifications to stand for office, just to vote.

And naturalized immigrants should never be able to hold ANY office anywhere. There's already a push for that. In my view children of naturalized immigrants or legal residents shouldn't be able to hold office.



That's a possible meme or trolling. I saw that claim somewhere yesterday and checked the text at the official law Reader or Depository or something at the University of Minnesota. Maybe I read it wrong or missed it. 🤔

Today would have been Laken Riley's 24th birthday if she hadn't been murdered by an illegal migrant that was released into the country by the Biden Administration

Yet Democrats did not demand justice for Riley, instead they are marching in the streets for Anti-ICE agitator, Renee Good, who allegedly attempted to run an ICE agent over with her SUV

Riley was m*rdered February 22, 2024, at the age of 22, by Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal migrant from Venezuela.

Her body was found in a wooded area near Lake Herrick, she was beaten and strangled.

Ibarra illegally entered the U.S. near El Paso, Texas.
He was released into the country by the Biden administration.
His travel to New York was paid for by American tax dollars. He stayed at the Roosevelt Hotel migrant shelter - also paid for by Americans.

Ibarra was arrested on charges of "acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17"
Sanctuary NYPD released him before ICE could detain him.
After he was released, taxpayer dollars were used to pay for his travel to Georgia.

🔹Democratic leaders in Minnesota did not denounce the illegal migrant m*rderer, and did not demand illegal migrants "leave our state immediately" and she did not condemn the illegal migrant criminal tactics.

🔹Democrats in Congress did not push to limit open border policies and funding for illegal migrants, and they did not seek to rein in the Biden Administration for their open border policies following the m*rder of an innocent college student.

The illegal immigrant should never have been inside the USA in the first place. Prevention is better than cure, that's the principle. The Biden Administration deliberately opened the borders and allowed a flood of illegal immigrants to walk across. When challenged they claimed they needed new laws and $150 billion to solve the crisis they created. That is exactly what killed Ms Riley...and President Trump has proved that it was a needless and avoidable death.

Also American liberals, progressives and socialists DID NOT express much distress at the death of Ms Riley, their fellow citizen. That's terrible.

The answer to your question is obvious. Yes, the killer is in custody or prison. So what? He should have NEVER been in the USA in the first place.

No, USA citizens also commit crimes. USA citizens can't be excluded from USA territory. Thus the clear difference is that crime by USA citizens is LESS preventable than crimes committed by illegal immigrants. This is VERY clear, there's nothing to twist or misunderstand.

Ms Riley was killed by the negligence of the Biden Administration and no, Mr Biden is not in custody or at any risk of being held accountable.
