Wizkid is a talented musician but still standing on the shoulders of the one who created the genre so you can't compare a by-product to the raw material. Whenever he decides to step out of the shadow and carve his own path then we can return to this argument

Fela can easily be described as a cultural icon and world renowned political activist. Wizkid is neither. Fela's family has given back to Society and paid in blood. Put some respect on that name. There's no basis of comparison really. Fela was more than a musician and an entertainer. He could play instruments and was always with a live band. No computer generated music.

He was an activist who spoke truth to power with his music (even in the military era) and fought many battles on the side of the masses. It was also a family heritage for him.

It's an insult to mention Wizkid alongside Fela. Wizkid will be forgotten if he stopped playing music today. Meanwhile, Fela has been dead since 1997.....Fela was more than a musician.
