The only reason why California would even rate on any poverty scale would be because we actually adjust our income ratio to expense ratios and put out real numbers.

The real question that should be asked in court should be was that ICe agent really really protecting himself? Was that vehicle directly heading towards him? And would a gun shot have stopped the lady from crashing at him if she wanted to?

We all watched the video..

All of these brought to a court would serve better, rather than the CONCLUSIONS online (including myself)

The DHS has taken a stance. If not now, that ICE agent must be brought to a court and this incident assessed right before a judge. If he is declared innocent, then everyone will accept the judgement..same if he is charged guilty.
