The DHS has taken a stance. If not now, that ICE agent must be brought to a court and this incident assessed right before a judge. If he is declared innocent, then everyone will accept the judgement..same if he is charged guilty.

Reason for that stance is going by what the video explicitly shows.. for me, if that woman really wanted to mull that ICE agent head one I bet he would have had the time and space to even raise his gun. Thats my own assessment.

But until that man is brought before a court, protests wont end. Once injustice is perceived or is actually meted out and it is not treated, it begets protests.

The Minnesota govt is taking every advantage to cloud the real issue. They were in cahoots with Somali fraudsters,taking in their money for votes.Its in the interest of Nur Elmi Ilhan Seid Omar,Keith Ellison,Tim Walz and Mayor Frey that the focus shifts from the more than $9B or $18B stolen to this single split second decision.

she parked her car right at the centre of the road as a ringleader to obstruct ICE officers from discharging their duties is a criminal offence. Secondly, she resisted arrested and also use her vehicle as a power weapon to hit ice agents, believe me the case is good as dead.

This is a philosophical, not ethical, issue.

There's nothing in the Constitution about "independent parastatals" like Federal Reserve or Federal Communications Commission. The Constitution provides in explicit terms that the powers of the Executive are vested in a President of the United States. So it's a matter of philosophy, style and tradition and interpretation, definitely NOT ethics.

Basically, there's no wrong or right to that, I guess it's a Supreme Court decision or Congress can make more explicit laws.

Juries are already biased. I'd posted of jury which returned a guilty verdict on a suspect who had defrauded $7 million or so. The judge overturned the jury and let him go. Minnesota,just a couple of weeks ago.
