Mexico and Guatemala has similar gun rights for citizens. Just like the US, most of the killings are from gang related and cartel killings.
they have fewer random mass shooting (someone going to a school, concert or church) to shoot people. they are not being brainwashed or mad like Americans.

Most of the gun deaths in the US are from suicide. followed by Gang banging.

Most of the gang related homicide are done with ghost guns.
