Husband and Wife 3 Kids age 7 to 3 all enrolled in school Feeding Table; SAMPLE Monday; Morning: Golden Morn/ Jellof Rice/ Sweet,Biscuit and Juice. Afternoon: Bread and Pepsi Night: Semo and Soup BREAKDOWNS SNACKS; 30k Monthly House Bills; 27k Monthly Data/ Transportation; 52k Monthly Food; 68k Monthly Total: 198k Monthly Meaning 20k can be left monthly Remember; Primary Rent 300k/Year School Fees 250k/Year Clothing/Shoes Tertiary Programs/Occasions Parental Care Siblings Egbon Adugbo things MY LIFE JUST THEY STOCK I SAY MAKE ASK UNA OOO hahahahahahahahahahahaha 1 Like |

What about home schooling your kids, tell your wife to stay at home for 1 to 2 years and home school them. Use the money originally for school fees for starting a side hustle, best option go for real estate agency, you and your wife should learn digital skills. Block all money leaks 4 Likes |

ayoncox:In Nigeria, home schooling kids who are of school age is not advisable and hardly works. Kids go to school not just to learn how to read and write, but also interact, improve their social skills and sharpen their mental abilities. FlamingBulb:The foods are extremely unhealthy for your kids. If finance is a challenge, garri + groundnut is a better and healthier option in the afternoon. FlamingBulb:Please reduce sweet to the lowest, it is not good for their health, I didn't know initially until I went to general hospital and saw children with different complains it is not enjoyment at all. Also try to change what they take for lunch to healthier food, you wouldn't like the outcome health wise. |

Caaz:Even here, there are way more stay-at-home moms than stay-at-home dads. I think it is because of the emotional connection mothers have with the children and most times, mothers can juggle more things at a time than men. So, it isn't really sacrificial lamb, it is just looking out for the children. It should be based on their mutual decision and not one sided as the person who suggested it painted it. |

So if the parent that needs to go and hustle must do construction labor work, go into the market to be carrying loads for market people or do other hard work to provide for the family, who is more physically capable to do such hustle?? The logical thing to do here is to know which of the parent is best suited to bring in the most earnings into the family. That parent goes out and work while the other person stays at home to raise the kids. |

She can take up some jobs or business if she is currently not working. You also can look for other side hustle to do. That's your first point of action.
