A heartbreaking and emotional moment has gone viral after a bride who lost her mother just weeks before her wedding visited her mother’s burial ground on her wedding day.

According to reports, the young woman lost her mum only a few weeks before the ceremony, at a time when wedding preparations were already in full swing and the date could not be changed. On the wedding day, dressed in her bridal gown, she went to her mother’s grave, weeping uncontrollably as she sang a sorrowful Igbo song while walking around the grave.

The deeply moving scene touched many online, especially those who have experienced the pain of losing a parent. Eventually, people close to her gently held her and walked her away from the graveside.

Sometimes, I feel that some dramas are just for social media validation. Imo, she shouldn't have gone ahead with the wedding ceremony since she is still broken.

They should have just performed whatever marriage rites they needed to do, and heavens will not fall. You owe your deceased loved ones that sacrifice and loyalty.

This one na small thing

One single mama raised her only child till she graduated university.

Her daughter married UK doctor
Did papers got visa and join her husband in UK.

She did everything to make her mother join her in UK

They did visa for her mother to travel.
When her mama visa was approved

Her mama danced and danced all day
We even did farewell party for her

My brother and Sisters.
Her mama died that night after the farewell party. Doctor said it is heart failure

The next day she was supposed to be in Lagos
Then enter flight to join her daughter in UK undecided
