Omo Fredrick no assured?

I swear to God, forget age o, that guy almost made people not see Bassey for the iron bender that he is o, everytime they pair together, people always talk about Fredrick when Bassey also will have a mad performance.

Fredrick is a SUPER GUARANTEED starter anyday, anytime. In CB he tears, in RB he tears. He low-key sent Troost-Ekong to retire early because Ekong knew he was mature as a replacement for him even with his young age.

He has not been substituted out once since his debut for Nigeria, a stat only Calvin Bassey was holding in recent times till this AFCON. He has not had one bad day for Nigeria. He held down Aubameyang for 90 minutes. He fought war against three pacy and athletic wingers vs. DR Congo for 120 mins. A 20 years old boy o!

After Bassey, na Fredrick, no worry! The B-squared Wall 🧱🇳🇬
Chibuike Nwaiwu bench Benjamin Fredericks ke? Abeg when be Trabzonspor next match, I need to watch him play.

Senegal can only cry, nothing go happen the deed is done and the game is the game! I just wish this was CIV to get back what they dished to Nigeria too in the final in 2023. Anyone still saying that 2023 final was fair should think again. It’s our nff that was just stupidly quiet
na politicians full NFF na.
Na money be their major goal.
They don't care about Nigerian football at all.
CIV run us street in 2013.
the referee did not allow us play our game. calls were made in favour of CIV.
Let's see how these African countries will fare at the World Cup.
e no far again na
make God spare our lives

CAF should have kuku given Maroc the trophy before starting the tourny, it's obvious everything is rigged to favour Maroc cuz they are hosting and probably have greased some palms
In another news, how can you name a Maroc ref for Nig vs Egp match shocked, wher are SA, Somalia refs?
CAF is so ruthless in corruption and inefficiency
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by AAA593: 11:26am On Jan 17
Do you know that ref can frustrate a good team from playing good football? I don't know how Senegal will defeat Morroco in tomorrow's final. It's better they walk away at this point. CAF is desperate, Morroco is equally desperate. This current CAF president must not win reelection.

I saw this post on Facebook below:

Documenting the questionable decisions by this Ghanaian referee (Nigeria vs Morocco):

18’
Brahim kicks the ball out. The referee blows against Osayi and gives the throw-in to Morocco.
Note: There were wrong calls before this, but let’s start here.

22’
Brahim clearly handballs while trying to chest the ball. No whistle.

32’
Bassey is given a yellow card for an action that wasn’t even a foul.

34’
Clear foul on Ezzazouli not given.

36’
Another obvious foul ignored.

51’
Lookman is clearly pulled. No foul.

52’
Onyedika goes for a fair 50-50 ball. The referee blows against him.
It feels like Nigeria is not even allowed to touch a Moroccan shirt.

58’
Osayi is simply marking Ezzazouli. Suddenly, a free kick for Morocco.

65’
Ezzazouli blasts the ball away. No yellow card.

68’
The ball never leaves the field, yet the referee gives a throw-in to Morocco.
Even Moroccan players look confused.

88’
Free kick given to Hakimi when Moses Simon clearly didn’t touch him. It should have been Nigeria’s corner.

92’
Moses Simon cleanly wins the ball from Hakimi, but the referee calls a foul, stopping a clear counterattack.

93’
Clear foul on Onyeka. Referee waves play on.

99’
No yellow card for Brahim after pulling Bruno and stopping an attack.

102’
No yellow card for Igamane after stopping Osayi’s attack.

103’
The referee blows against Bashiru for absolutely nothing.

115’
Clear foul on Osayi. Completely overlooked.

When every call is against you, it will be difficult to progress with the ball. It will affect you psychologically. The officiating clearly targeted the psychological state of the players during play, using it as a weapon to distabilize the team.

That Nwaiwu guy is better than Awaziem
I swear bro, if Awaziem starts against Egypt, we go to hip goals like mad

I prefer any other CB to that overrated CB. I've not seen a more clueless CB like Awaziem in my life

Na this kind genuinely young ones our NPFL journos suppose dey push instead of oldies like Ismaila Sodiq.

I want Egypt to beat Nigeria in the third place match . Egypt 3-1 Nigeria. Am still ticked off from the Morocco game , for that could have been a consolation prize for missing out on the World Cup finals.
Oga know wetin you dey want or shift o.

Rankings are important at this point because if we don't go to the World Cup, massive shifts in the World Rankings fit send us go 40 if we no dey careful.

Since the day I saw the video where Chukwueze called out his club, Fulham, for not posting him and only posting Iwobi and Bassey, I knew something was off psychologically.

Penalties can be missed by anyone, even star players. But Chukwueze was clearly angry about something, and that showed in his nonchalant approach to the kick.

He’s petty, and I stand by that.

Hence, Chelle must play him for the entire duration of today’s game. In fact, I hope it goes to extra time and all 120 minutes, so he can fully enjoy himself.

Bro!

So far Benjamin is 100% fit he walks straight into the SE starting XI.

Like I said months back I haven't seen a defender so comfortable on the ball the way he is. Pesin wey tackle win ball still carry go front get presence of mind give assist? Omo how I go say he no dey assured?

Not taking anything away from Ajayi. He was immense in this tournament never at fault for the goals we conceded plus was never shaky. He looks like a good dependable back up to have for at least 2-3 years in case of injuries to the B-Square (copyright BankyGee grin ) partnership.

Nwabali or whoever will be our SE number 1 goalkeeper will enjoy plenty cleansheets in the nearest future with this B-Square CB pairing.

If the new boys won't be the ones to prosecute the match today, there won't be any point watching from this end.

I want to see Onyedika(Akin) and Nnadi starting.

I want to see Fago starting.

Onuachu should start.

Alebiosu should start.

Igoh Ogbu should start.

Uzoho ahead of Nwabali

I don't see him as a member of that squad. Dude should go back to wherever they smuggled him in from because he has no business being there with the boys. He was never qualified for that position.

Fago looks like he will have something to offer the few minutes I saw him play. Amas Obasogie should also be given some minutes.

How did Calvin Bassey grow overnight from average to world class
It baffles me
Definitely in top 10 centre backs in world football
Calvin was just average last year
I wonder how his pairing with Benjamin Fredricks will be long term
I hope he moves to an elite European team in the summer to play Ucl
I think Nigeria would’ve conceded goals in the KO stages if he wasn’t available
Don’t Madrid need a defender since Saliba is too expensive
