Chrisooblog note. Your copyright reference dey wrong ooo. Bankygee... take note.

Meanwhile you said Semi was NEVER SHAKY. That is not true. He was jittery twice vs Morocco.

TheSuperNerd:
The double B Wall.

The B-square wall.

Well, we will find a better name for that CB pair. They are indeed part of my hope for the team moving forward.

We made it this far without 2 of our starting defenders and a captain (leader) who had to retire.

CAF should have kuku given Maroc the trophy before starting the tourny, it's obvious everything is rigged to favour Maroc cuz they are hosting and probably have greased some palms
In another news, how can you name a Maroc ref for Nig vs Egp match shocked, wher are SA, Somalia refs?
CAF is so ruthless in corruption and inefficiency
They brought the ridiculous CAF champions league behavior to AFCON
Egypt & Cameroun didnt do this when they hosted in 2019 & 2022
Sénégal & other countries could just boycott the event in the future

SPECIAL – Valencia is preparing to make an official offer to Beşiktaş for Wilfred Ndidi on loan + with a purchase option.

Wilfred Ndidi wants to play in LaLiga and the player’s side has approved Valencia’s loan offer.

(2 more teams from LaLiga are also interested in the player.)

Bro!

So far Benjamin is 100% fit he walks straight into the SE starting XI.

Like I said months back I haven't seen a defender so comfortable on the ball the way he is. Pesin wey tackle win ball still carry go front get presence of mind give assist? Omo how I go say he no dey assured?

Not taking anything away from Ajayi. He was immense in this tournament never at fault for the goals we conceded plus was never shaky. He looks like a good dependable back up to have for at least 2-3 years in case of injuries to the B-Square (copyright BankyGee grin ) partnership.

Nwabali or whoever will be our SE number 1 goalkeeper will enjoy plenty cleansheets in the nearest future with this B-Square CB pairing.
Benjamin is too smooth.

Motsepe did Osasu dirty shaa. Lol... He called Osasu's concerns great questions but went on to take apart some elements in his questions even calling one of it, nonsense or so. These politicians shaa... and ofcos as a journo, you cant talk back once u have asked or voiced ur questions or concerns in this sort of press conference.

TheSuperNerd:
Currently watching the CAF President Conference pre-Afcon final.

Osasu Obayiuwana tackling him on the shift to 4yr cycle for the Afcob and other matters regarding Club Football's financing.

Motsepe also spoke of the Nations league plan. Omo...

Sure 😃 the person that insisted that he should be included will take cut . I watched highlight of Abayomi ( baggio) in Nigerian league the guy is good 😊 but was not invited rather they invited Usman

For the third place match the coach should give Akinsanmiro and other players a chance to touch ball. A game against Uganda was an opportunity to play all the players . I watched Chukueze penalty twice it appears he was not in the right frame of mind , anybody can lose penalty but it appears Chukueze was not happy been on the bench

Motsepe don mark Osasu. Mehn, Give it to Osasu... he raised a strong concern and it has Motsepe addressing it again and again linking it from other Journos' questions and even had to specially ask for his name again. Lol... Osasu na diehard.

It's so obvious that Ndidi still has much to offer in Europe Top 4 leagues

Happy for him.if it materialises. He had monster after monster season for Leicester and I remember many of us wondering why no clubs came for him then

The way Motsepe was explaining using Nigeria as the sample host for the west african region of the nations league and further explaining how winners of other regions would come to Nigeria for the Nations League finals was just too imaginary. Anyway, they should just stop the overexplaining and release the format.

Just saw this

thesupernerd, kog45, thegoodjoe, mujtahida

Is this a good Idea?

How do you think this would compare to the AFCON in terms of prestige?

Any worries about player health?

Are we forseeing morocco continued antics with this new tournament?

Yea... I like his *original* interview. Another kid would have done that interview with a fake accent.

We definitely need a Nations League. But it should be well thought out. That zonal thing will be nonsense. Because the best teams might be in a zone and knock out themselves.

A ranking and divisions arrangement will work.
