Nigeria did not lose because Morocco was unbeatable. They lost because Morocco reflected back what Nigeria refuses to confront:
Passion without planning is noise.
Resilience without control is survival, not progress.

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Hardrive(m): 6:19pm On Jan 17
If osihmen is to enter this match he should come in for Moses Simon to maintain the 2 at the top. Any mistake in that means the coach still doesn't know what he is doing.

Awaziem out - Nwaiwu In

Sanusi out - Agu in?

We need more LB options. Sanusi is still around we lack quality LB options and Agu has not managed to stay fit.

CB options are stacking up. Bassey, Benjy, Semi, Ogbu - these are the 1st 4 CB choices as things stand.

Nwaiwu should join them soon. Had a solid Trabzonspor debut. Others like Osuji, Chukwu are still young and will become solid options as they stack up mins in senior club football.

Kog45:
Bye Bye to Awaziem and Sanusi

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 6:23pm On Jan 17
He was not poor first half. He has the most lines breaking passes in that first half. One moment of disposesssion makes him poor in a whole half of 45 where he did more brilliance on the ball and decent defending as against one moment of indecision? Let us be brutally honest.

Iwobi made his mistakes and no one called it out because they focused on his offensives.

BankyGee:

Chelle needs to make more dominant subs. Why's Iwobi still on the bench?

Eagles need to be careful just one moment of brilliance and the Egypt may score and then lock shop!
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Hardrive(m): 6:25pm On Jan 17
The coach still has a lot of work to do. The coach now needs to correct his changes by removing Simon for osihmen and dele bashiru for iwobi. To make the game balanced.

Not disputing that at all. But we have not missed Frederick in this AFCON.

TheSuperNerd:
Aina has a big fight on his hands.

But you see Frederick, he will bench Ajayi as always. A fit frederick is not gonna be kept waiting for others to show stuff. He brings a lot more to the defence at RCB than Ajayi.
