If Bruno Onyemaechi locks your destiny, nobody can unlock you. Ask Mahrez, Hakimi, Brahim Diaz and Mohammed Salah.

But seriously guys we really tried we beat 3 north African countries, and it took the other one a draw to neutralize us, considering that north Africa has always been our weak point. It commendable |

minfelix:I just dey talk na. ![]() Besides that jersey was different. It just feels like whenever we get new kits, one of our jerseys must be cursed, or we at least struggle in one of them. ![]() In 2018, our white/green hybrid was our good kit. We beat Iceland with it. When we wore the dark green, we lost to Croatia and Argentina. The next year we wore the same white/green hybrid and beat Cameroon and South Africa. We switched to the dark green and lost to Algeria in the semis. |

It is clear that we need 2 mobile strikers to play well. Yekini and Amokachi, Emenike and Ideye. This time we had Akor and Osimhen. We should have won if a fair game against Maroc. I think Awoniyi should have been invited to play the Akor role A brain; Oliseh, Mikel, Iwobi. It was when Chuks and Iwobi went off that CDR dominated the match in the 2nd half of thw WCQ. So, we need other striker, maybe Durosinmi. Another brain, maybe Carney or the Torino boy, another inside forward/winger like V.Moses/Lookman (who dribbles with an assist or goal in mind, unlike moses simon who just dribbles). We need to Identify a lookman replacement. For penalties, they were all poor. The good ones were Lookman and the last Egyptian (Saber) |

Stanley Nwabali in Major Competitions for the Super Eagles. 13 Afcon Matches, 8 Cleansheets in 2 Afcon tournament. Major Comps PSO: - 2023 Afcon Semis PSO vs SA: Saves 2 PKs - 2025 CAF WCQs Playoffs PSO vs DRC: Saves 2 PKs - 2025 Afcon Semis PSO vs Maroc: Saves 1 PK - 2025 Afcon 3rd place PSO vs Egypt: Saves 2 PKs Nigeria's Best Cleansheet record in Afcon history is held by Vincent Enyeama with 10 and he did it in 4 tournaments (present in 2008 edition but benched by Ejide Austin so not counted). Nwabali - Nigeria's Number 1🥇🧤

minfelix:Normally I don't trust Osimhen in penalties. Most of those his 'near catch' penalties are usually under no pressure, now imagine how he'll do under serious pressure. |

If Nwabali can promise them at least one big save, then the players should be able to promise him five goals. This is a sure banker win. a well deserve victory . |

Saw the Egyptian coach giving clues to their keeper on where our players usually put their PKs but he could only save one.lol. I like how Nwabali handles penalties..he anticipates the opponent but delays early movement..reason why even for the penalties scored against him, he usually dives in the right direction. |

Some people probably paid will be pushing rubbesh agenda that Okoye is better than Nwabali because he plays for Udinese People don't realize that where you're born largely influences the opportunities you get in life If only Nwabali had money to travel abroad when he was a teenager Nwabali came alive in the semifinals and 3rd place match Goal keepers rarely have opportunities or trials compared to outfield players What happened to Alampasu |
