Use your striking options yo play penalty, u carry defenders and skillful wingers dey play penalty….even against DRC, i was expecting
Lookman
Akor
Iwobi
Osimhen (Though injured)
Ndidi
to take penalties…..
one more thing i observed, our penalties are catchable if keepers dive towards the ball…our boys should learn to play those classy European/South American style penalties…all this grass ball will always put us in trouble…..
we are just blaming Chukwueze, calm down and watch Iwobi,Simon penalties, they should just thank God the keeper did not their direction.

Now see the kinda penalty that Egypt guy played that beat Nwabali, despite following the ball…you can never catch those types

Only Lookman played the best Penalty this night
Oga you no fit understand the technique behind that Iwobi penalty

If Bruno Onyemaechi locks your destiny, nobody can unlock you.

Ask Mahrez, Hakimi, Brahim Diaz and Mohammed Salah.

But seriously guys we really tried we beat 3 north African countries, and it took the other one a draw to neutralize us, considering that north Africa has always been our weak point.

AFC0N 2025 IN MOROCCO =The South Africa, born, Dr Motsepe Président of Confederation of Africa Football CAF has organised the worst AFC0N in Africa in the last 10 Years.

A competition that started well with 24 Nations and immediately the hidden agenda of the tournament was unveiled, things started falling apart with accusations, cheating, corruption and others.

Dr Patrice Motsepe is not only making money in the CAF but there to frustrate Africa TOP Football Nations and favor countries that can help him withstand the pressure in criticisms.

WHY MOROCCO IS THE WINNER OF AFC0N 2025 BEF0RE THE FINALS.

Morocco Vs Tanzania that an open penalty was refused Tanzania that was the Genesis of the hidden agenda of Dr Motsepe.

Morocco Vs Cameroon was another ugly match that was played for 90 minutes and the VAR did not function and we all know the dramatic consequences in Cameroon.

Morocco Vs Nigeria was a balanced match in the field and the Ghanian referee Daniel Laryea did his job as instructed by Motsepe, 22 faults committed against Nigeria and only 0ne yellow card in 120 minutes.

The Moroccan Football Federation instructed Dr Motsepe to change the Egyptian referee against Cameroon and proposed him a referee from Mauritania and he accepted, which has never happened in Football.

The Algerian Football Federation have written against Motsepe and CAF and copied FIFA for injustice in AFC0N 2025.

The Nigerian Football Federation have equally written against Motsepe and CAF, copied FlFA for injustice and making Morocco Champions before the Finals.

Some CAF Referees were threatening to abandon the competition even before the 2nd round due to Pressure from CAF and Morocco to work against other Nations.

FINALS - Morocco Vs Senegal.

Morocco has played the Finals already and Senegal defeated according to CAF.

Senegal players since they qualified for the Finals have difficult moments in Morocco even their supporters.

Senegal has been given a Hotel that electricity and water is constantly off.

No Forces of Law and 0rder to accompany Senegal during training sessions in Morocco.

Morocco AFC0N 2025 is a masquerade and not Football because the Winner was known before the start of the competition.

The Coach of Senegal in the Press Conference before the Finals made it clear that the Finals shall not be Free, transparent or Fairplay within 90 minutes and the Sénégalaise Football Federation have already written to CAF and FIFA copied on what is happening to players and supporters in Morocco before the Finals on Sunday January 18th 2026 at 08 PM.

AFRICA FOOTBALL STILL HAS A CHANCE TO BE GREAT AFTER Dr Patrice Motsepe from South Africa.

AFC0N 2025 in Morocco.
I don't know why reading this piece makes our loss to Morocco even more painful. If we had turned up in the PKs like we did today, we'd have busted their insidious bubble of corruption. Criminals.

Unfortunately nothing will come out of those petitions..
Motsepe is in bed with the FIFA president
Both have been accused of corruption amongst other things..

We can only hope that Senegal will save football tomorrow..

But last Afcon we use white Jersey beat CIV for group stage, dem catch us for Final with our green jersey, Adingra smoked Aina like tilapia fish😂😂😂🤣
I just dey talk na. cheesy grin

Besides that jersey was different. It just feels like whenever we get new kits, one of our jerseys must be cursed, or we at least struggle in one of them. grin

In 2018, our white/green hybrid was our good kit. We beat Iceland with it. When we wore the dark green, we lost to Croatia and Argentina.

The next year we wore the same white/green hybrid and beat Cameroon and South Africa. We switched to the dark green and lost to Algeria in the semis.

It is clear that we need 2 mobile strikers to play well. Yekini and Amokachi, Emenike and Ideye. This time we had Akor and Osimhen. We should have won if a fair game against Maroc. I think Awoniyi should have been invited to play the Akor role

A brain; Oliseh, Mikel, Iwobi. It was when Chuks and Iwobi went off that CDR dominated the match in the 2nd half of thw WCQ.

So, we need other striker, maybe Durosinmi.
Another brain, maybe Carney or the Torino boy, another inside forward/winger like V.Moses/Lookman (who dribbles with an assist or goal in mind, unlike moses simon who just dribbles). We need to Identify a lookman replacement.

For penalties, they were all poor. The good ones were Lookman and the last Egyptian (Saber)

Stanley Nwabali in Major Competitions for the Super Eagles.

13 Afcon Matches, 8 Cleansheets in 2 Afcon tournament.

Major Comps PSO:
- 2023 Afcon Semis PSO vs SA: Saves 2 PKs
- 2025 CAF WCQs Playoffs PSO vs DRC: Saves 2 PKs
- 2025 Afcon Semis PSO vs Maroc: Saves 1 PK
- 2025 Afcon 3rd place PSO vs Egypt: Saves 2 PKs

Nigeria's Best Cleansheet record in Afcon history is held by Vincent Enyeama with 10 and he did it in 4 tournaments (present in 2008 edition but benched by Ejide Austin so not counted).

Nwabali - Nigeria's Number 1🥇🧤

Normally I don't trust Osimhen in penalties. Most of those his 'near catch' penalties are usually under no pressure, now imagine how he'll do under serious pressure.

Okoye is still good for the team. Nwabali, Okoye, Uzoho. The depth is okay. We will see about Okwonkwo. We should go 3 deep in every position. Zaidu's bench position should be up for grabs as it stand. in CB Bassey, Ajayi, Fredericks, Ogbu. We need two more solid option. At RB, Alebiosu is okay as 3rd choice
Perish every thought of Okoye. He is a saboteur and should never think of dorning the Super Eagles jersey ever again.

He should focus on his club career.

If Nwabali can promise them at least one big save, then the players should be able to promise him five goals. This is a sure banker win.

Saw the Egyptian coach giving clues to their keeper on where our players usually put their PKs but he could only save one.lol.

I like how Nwabali handles penalties..he anticipates the opponent but delays early movement..reason why even for the penalties scored against him, he usually dives in the right direction.

Consistency if you ask me
When we didn't win the gold, we got the bronze
That's excellent

If we fix our FA and administrative issues, we can rule African football for decades

Some people probably paid will be pushing rubbesh agenda that Okoye is better than Nwabali because he plays for Udinese
People don't realize that where you're born largely influences the opportunities you get in life
If only Nwabali had money to travel abroad when he was a teenager
Nwabali came alive in the semifinals and 3rd place match
Goal keepers rarely have opportunities or trials compared to outfield players
What happened to Alampasu
