Not what I asked.

The good coaches that showed their superiority over him are...
The Moroccan coach.
The Egyptian coach.

With the quality in our hands and with a sound coach, we should be the best in Africa.

On Eric Chelle, I am not convinced.

Say all you want.

He is a good coach, but he is not yet there.
With all the quality at his call, very good coaches have actually shown their tactical superority over him.

Eric Chelle is a good coach but lacks sufficient depth.
Depth will come with experience and the willingness to learn.
Anyways he is still young with a lot of promise.
How much you good contribute for a very good coach salary

Someone took over a sinking ship, steady it,
Play 16 games
Won 10
Draw 5
Lose 1

You still no convice, who your conviction epp, if he easy go Coach for NPFL

Exactly, and na just 1 year and 8 days the Moroccan coach use become the "master tactician and guru maraji" of the continent with a little touch of cheat tactics too.
Walid Regragui took Morocco to the Semi finals of the 2022 World cup, the same year he started as their coach.

Now my question is, why didn’t we use these same guys against Morocco for the Pks?
Ademola Lookman
Akor Adams
Alex Iwobi.
These guys are actually good Pk takers Btw!!

Try de get point first

To be sure the point is to not judge intentions/actions based on success or failure
Did he score? Yes or no? Result is what matters, the two Egyptian players that hit the ball more "purposefully" ended up missing theirs.
We should celebrate success. End of discussion.

So you don't know that if we had played this Egyptians with the team that played Morocco (+Ndidi), you think we won't have wired them 2 or 3..
Na because the main guys didn't play, na why we enter PK na bros...

You are yet to consider the quality of the opposition.

Believe me, with the quality in our hands, we can compete at the world stage.
We need a very sound tactician.

If we cannot afford one, then let's exercise some restraint in the manner we handle our hopes.

Well, there is nothing wrong in being optimistic even we you are courting average.

If I hear anybody abuse Nwabali here again
He has stepped up his game far better than the AFCON COTE D'IVOIRE hosted by my analysis. I will not be surprised if a midtable French Team comes signing him away from Chippa United.

It is clear that we need 2 mobile strikers to play well. Yekini and Amokachi, Emenike and Ideye. This time we had Akor and Osimhen. We should have won if a fair game against Maroc. I think Awoniyi should have been invited to play the Akor role

A brain; Oliseh, Mikel, Iwobi. It was when Chuks and Iwobi went off that CDR dominated the match in the 2nd half of thw WCQ.

So, we need other striker, maybe Durosinmi.
Another brain, maybe Carney or the Torino boy, another inside forward/winger like V.Moses/Lookman (who dribbles with an assist or goal in mind, unlike moses simon who just dribbles). We need to Identify a lookman replacement.

For penalties, they were all poor. The good ones were Lookman and the last Egyptian (Saber)
We have enough strikers. It's left for the coach to understand their kind of play.
Onachu thrives most inside 18yrd box. You need a strong midfield to keep pushing the ball to him. Any lose ball that gets to his feet is a goal.
Osimhen on the other hand is long ball type of striker who thrives mostly with "on the run" types of pass.
All these strikers are good. It depends on the coach to know what formation to use and play them. This is were a Technical Adviser is needed to be employed by NFF to help Chelle.

Penalties na penalties. "near catch" na save?

Salah and Marmoush played good "far catch" PKs, how far na? Make Egyptians dey drag them say them play rubbish PKs? Who go miss go miss.

Expected goal for a PK is 0.87... Open net o with just one person standing to stop you. Anyhow you play am, there's that 0.13 possiblity of miss, ALWAYS.
Baba that thing Salah play na catchable…u see that type lookman and that last egypt guy scored…those are classy penalty…hanging the ball in a top corner of the net…i never see keeper wey catch that one

Lol. Bia Blueelf..... We don touch on all these names u dey drop for hia. Shola Shoretire, we have followed him since he was a teen at Man Utd. Till now, the lad possibly still has hopes for England. Plays as a RW/LW but I got bigger eyes on Sani at Leipzig.

Armstrong Oko Flex u dropped the other day, we have followed him since his arsenal youth days sef. Joebie and I namedropped him since 2018 here I think.

But it is good ooo. Keep dropping as you see them. I dont mind the tags. Nothing bad in revisiting some of them. Good to see Shola shing against a solid eredivisie side like AZ today. Will keep more eyes on that side then.

I can't understand how Ajayi who I considered at best a squad player now rose up to be counted in this AFCON. Especially that we weren't defensive in this one like the last one Ekong won
Imagine if we had Ekong in this tournament. I wonder were it would have ended? Probably in the group matches after 6 own-goals.
