CornOak:
Agreed, but SENEGAL have sent a strong message to CAF with the decision to initially withdraw.
Yes I agree, it sends somewhat of a message I hope resonates. AFCON is bigger than any one team. Walking off brings the image of Africa and the entire competition to disrepute. This isn't the first final with a controversial call and obviously won't be the last.

Even if the Senegalese player fouled the morrocan, what kind of referee awards a penalty to a team in the 97th minute of a final, when it 0:0,it won't happen anywhere except the foul was so bad and obvious everyone knows

Why do I feel Morocco and Senegal agreed to not score the penalty or am I the only one that feels this way?

Moroccans are afraid of going into penalty shootout

This is what we call - No gree for anybody from Senegal

Hope you can see why I rate them above Naija. They are the most complete team in this tournament

We should have done the same thing. Nice guys never win. Now Senegal has sent a message to the whole world about CAF.

Going forward from the quarter final stage....CAF should use European and Asian Referees for Officiating and VAR.

Bro, if it's true, then even the moroccans must be tired of the shenanigans of CAF.

He blew before the goal! That was not intentional. And the guy actually pushed Hakimi! So?
Na Hakimi push am... Why will he blow before the goal? Allow them score and check VAR.

Loll

Those saying if Nigeria were Senegal, it would've ended differently in favour of Morocco were the same people praising chelle as the best coach without flaws

Kudos to Morocco. They obviously want to be seen to earn their win.

Takes some guts to decide to intentionally miss after getting an opportunity of a lifetime to win the first AFCON for your country.
