Anger is terrible, its even a sin to have uncontrollable anger. This is a good time to address uncontrolled anger. People who cannot control their emotions and anger need to learn how to control it. First by recognizing we have power to control our emotions, also anger leads to regrets and outcomes that cannot be repaired, she cannot bring the dead back to life undecided

. We cannot use one magic word to restore every damage.

Therefore, when emotions are extreme, its time to walk away, or to not react at that moment. If we do this, our minds becomes stronger more resilient to manage emotions.

You are now reacting and acting based on something better.

Allow your husbands to have multiple sex partners but ensure he uses protection and go for regular test to ensure he's disease free, keep praying him to change, if you can't take it anymore, pack out and seek ways to ensure change comes. Don't kill anyone.

In this life nothing beats peace of mind. At times i ask my self whats all this life and its ups and down for. Only if she has been patience, this wouldnt have happened. Showing restraint or calmness doesnt make you a fool. Now she is probably regretting her action, telling and judging the whole situation if its worth the shame and time she is going to spend in jail. As far as am concerned, i can never be entangled with anybody when it comes to love. I love people from afar. I avoid any potential wahala causing person thing or scenario, not that am weak, but because i value my sanity and freedom. I can never get married. Small thing dey quick vex me. Knowing the kind of person i am, i just avoid anything that is a potential wahala, even up to family members

This is one of the reasons I hardly separate people fighting......Once I notice the situation is beyond control I jejely walk away.
