Moroccans have flooded Stanley Nwabali's Instagram comments section with monkey emojis and racist comments. Funny people. https://www.instagram.com/p/C3IVucUIKO0/?igsh=MWh2a2JzdjZwYjdxZg==

On this towel snatching incident i wanted to ask if there was a football regulation that prevent goal keepers keeping their towels after usage when i saw the moroccans taking nwabali's towel but yesterday just showed that these ones were just taking it because they can. Some people were postulating that they were afraid of the goal keepers using juju. |

JayromWrites:Maybe because Hakimi scored the most important penalty in Morocco's history and he just scored one in the semifinal. Plus Hakimi has been in more big moments in his career compared to Diaz. |

Imagine the morrocan fa president Farouk Lekja running for the office of CAF president 5 years down the line maybe after a successful 2030 fifa world cup co hosting. African football would be at his mercy. |

It worth noting and good to mention that the excellent conditions of the pitches made playing easier for our boys and many other teams Morocco should be commended for providing conducive and excellent pitches of play In contrast to what we have here, no wonder our boys struggle to play well at home Imagine the amount of rain that fell across Morocco yet football playing was good but if we have such rains here it would been awful playing 9ja, we keep on deceiving ourselves yet we cannot boast of what Morocco presented to the world |

I never really understand this towel matter... Does it look like Juju to this moroccans abi wetin be this nonsense sef. [quote author=ChrisKels post=138187368]Look at Hakimi stealing Mendy's towel. Also look at Morocco's stadium stewards and Saibari fighting a Senegalese player for stopping them from stealing Mendy's towel. I have never seen a people this dirty. I love what Senegal did today.

zicky:Without the towel to wipe the gloves and face off sweat, eyesight will be blurry and grip may be slippery for their opponent's goalkeeper which plays to their advantage. That's the reason they go to all lengths (players, ball boys and stadium wardens) to remove the goalkeeper's towel. Very dirty and underhand tactics from the Moroccans. |

minfelix:If you understood the little French spoken yesterday, you will understand it was not deliberate. I read his lips saying "no problem" in French when one of them was arguing with him. H e responded no problem let us just play like that. They reluctantly went on the pitch thinking they were cheated. There was still drama when they returned to the pitch which took another 2-3 minutes. One Senegalese player was pointing to the sky while speaking with him. Mande went to intimidate Diaz. If I put all these together, that penalty was not missed deliberately. |

Sarsaparilla524:He should be, FIFA too should suspend Senegal from the WC and let the 3rd placed team at the AFCON take their place. This isn't the first time for Senegal, they did something similar some years back playing against CIV in a WCQ at home, the players and fans disrupted the game and it had to be abandoned. A strong message must be sent to serve as a deterrent. |

See as Mane conduct himself as a Leader. No unnecessary shouting at his teammates at any mistake and just encouragement, support, Hardworking despite winning almost all trophies in world Football. If he was a Nigerian, he would be clowning with instagram yes-men, wearing Bling bling and shouting upandan as if, he owns the world. Most of Super eagles players need to learn how being a professional and acting like a Professional |

In my years of watching football, rarely have I ever seen a keeper save a penalty in the Last Minute in such an important game without his team mates Pouring him with encomium (Rarely) very Strange. Additionally, why would Senegal decides to even walk out and play without any peaceful resolution? |

Yesterday made me realize something. Our players don’t have the balls. Forming tough but no balls. I will always support crashing out when institutions collude to cheat you. Senegal did what they felt was right and it worked. To be silent during injustice is the highest form of cowardice. Imagine the reserve goalie Diouf spent the entire game protecting Mendy’s towel from the Moroccan ball boys. He had to fight for it till the end. Our players on the bench just sat down doing nothing !!! |

Sarsaparilla524:Senegal and Nigeria FA should petition CAF, FIFA and court of arbitration about the towel snatching incidence too. Make dem gather enough evidence. |

Bannedlargejr:Typical naija mentality. Take it on the chin and move on as usual. Some of you love to be oppressed so bad. What senegal just did would help all the other Afcons. They rewrote history by being brave and you are talking about peaceful resolutions. This post here is the reason Africans never progress. We are comfortable with corruption that we don't do anything about it. Senegal tried to do something about blatant theft, their honour and glory was being robbed right in their eyes. And now they are the ones in the wrong? |

Why didn't they walk out against the Ivory Coast at the last AFCON? Why didn't they walk out when their goal was denied before Morocco's penalty? People like you are .... omds. This platform shows why our politicians no send us. The same Super Eagles who played the best football at the tournament. Took Morocco to penalties despite the cheating but you are here castigating them. What good have you done for this country? Shut da ... Joezinho: |
