Too many stuff on that table.

Mere looking at the dish I am almost having a running stomach

I like my food as simple as possible then snack on every other thing that comes with it later.

This Angwamo is a no-no for me.
Ghanaians usually like their plates very "busy".

You should see their plate of waakye [rice and beans cooked with sorghum leaves], it is served with practically everything they can lay their hands on, including a little garri on the side.

This is too dry, and incomplete.
Normally, Ghanaians would provide enough stew to go with this rice, especially with the corned beef included.
Enough stew? Ghana's cuisine is hardly known for stew like Nigeria's.

On a serious note, if you see how it's made, you will like to eat it o.
Only that the rice may be bland for your Nigerian taste bud.

As a Nigerian that can't do without flavour, I'd sneak in coconut milk into the braised rice.
E must sweet! 🤣

This is Ghanaian Angwamo.

It is basically braised rice, made with very few ingredients, then served with orisirisi, including sardines, fried eggs, and grinded fresh pepper/onion mix by the side.

The taste of the rice itself is bland.

If I ever was a guest at their Table, I will inform them to go easy on the stuffing for my plate politely!

Stuffed plate is a turn off for me but I do appreciate those who can deal with it.
