Someone in the Rivers state government house (certainly not Fubara the weakling) is playing a deft political move by putting this out. This is a gentle warning to Wike's men to calm down otherwise, their dirty linen will be exposed to the public. Fubara should use that 350m naira to set their asses on fire. Use efcc, nnpc, icpc, cpc, apc and any other 'C' he can get to witch hunt them since they don't have immunity.
