He lacked knowledge of how to securely move that money in a way that it would be untraceable. 1.5 billion naira can buy you a soft life in the Carribbean and less than 20 million can get you citizenship in the country where Deizianni bought hers from. EFCC can't reach you there.

You cannot 'securely' move N1 from your account in the Nigeria of today except if they do not want to get you.
