If every Nairaland members are solely responsible for what they post, why do moderators modify their posts? Why do they delete posts as they like?

If the idea is for free speech as the disclaimer falsely claims, why is Nairaland invested in modifying opinions, changing words, and editing posts and threads?

Why is the WhatsApp and Telegram short links filtered off from the platform...even on sections that permits adverts?

At this juncture, Nairaland is solely responsible for everything on Nairaland unless you leave people's comments unfiltered.

Nobody modifies your comment on X or Facebook!

You can't modify my comment and expect I accept responsibility.

It looks like every rule is made to support the parent rule to ensure nobody can do anything close to an advert too.
