Yes I know. Everyone in America who is arrested knows the procedure, You either get a family member who can take care of the child or the child is taken into custody as well for protection until an adult comes forward. No one will leave a 5yr old alone by himself in the cold

If an American citizen is wanted by the police and they arrested the American citizen but the arrested man has a 5yr old who no family member is willing to come forward to take
