I don't know, they make tiktok videos about shooting ice, ICE agents sees it, they are afraid for their lives, they have family, then someone stupidly decided to scuffle with ICE agents with a gun.

There is one way to calm the situation and he is the one to do it not ICE, first he should let them know he has a gun and willing to cooperate with them not fight and resist. That way, every is calm and think they are safe. Not doing that may result to someone dying.

Not that I think he should be killed, but decisions have consequences.

If you are carrying and you get stopped by an officer, you are obligated to inform him immediately that you are carrying and where the gun is. If he finds out by himself, it will spook the officers and cause a potential altercation.

This morning, Alex Pretti was shot and killed in Minneapolis by a group of Border Patrol agents after filming them. Alex Pretti was an ICU nurse at the VA who helped critically ill veterans. Alex's colleagues say he was a wonderful man who loved his patients and enjoyed mountain biking. He will be greatly missed.

He wasn’t threatening or brandishing a weapon. Armed, legally and holstered. Threatening, no. Recording with a phone. Yes. Didn’t deserve to be shot 10x!

Bovino: At 9:05am Central Standard Time, as DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien, Jose Huerta Chuma— you can see this illegal alien on the screen to my left and right. That is Jose Huerta Chuma, whose criminal history includes domestic assault to intentionally inflict bodily harm, disorderly conduct, and driving without a valid license. During this operation, an individual approached US Border Patrol agents with a nine millimeter semi-automatic handgun. The agents attempted to disarm the individual, but he violently resisted. Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, a border patrol agent fired defensive shots. Medics on the scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject, but the subject was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect also had two loaded magazines and no assesable ID. This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.
