But una dey praise Otti for 6km roads. When e reach FG una go criticize. It's called hypocrisy and can lead to untimely death. Learn to appreciate and celebrate little wins. There's no perfection anywhere. This is a cast road that will last longer that asphalt.

Where exactly in abakaliki is this road constructed because I have been in abakaliki since and I no see the renewed road

I drove through that road on December and January.
If you don't know the meaning of the word propaganda, then stop using it till you find out.

I am on the ground Sir, and we all used this flyover last month when it was briefly opened around Christmas rush time. The flyover is about 90% completed, with the roads all tarred, only beautification works remain there. I passed the road again yesterday, the traffic is around the flyover now, not on the top of it as it has been closed again for some works.
