If you study the appointments very well you will see that problematic areas were given to those it affects the most so if things do not work out, you blame your own son or daughter as it were for failing to deliver. I will give example. Ajaokuta palava, he gave it to a Kogi man, Kaduna killings he gave defence to a southern Kaduna man, and this one, ministry of works to a southeastern man and civil engineer for that matter.
