The sh**tiing of Alex Pretti took place at 2614 Nicollet in Minneapolis - an address that has multiple businesses listed there including daycares

Border Patrol agents fatally shot 37-year-old Alex Jeffrey Pretti at 2614 Nicollet Avenue.

DHS confirmed the address and said the shooting happened during a targeted enforcement action where Pretti allegedly approached agents armed with a 9mm handgun and two magazines of ammunition.

A cluster of businesses at 2614 Nicollet Avenue receive federal funds, (taxpayer dollars) with several implicated in fraud investigations.

These businesses cater to migrant and low-income populations, raising questions about accountability in programs like Medicaid, child nutrition, and community development grants.

Businesses registered at or associated with 2614 Nicollet Avenue include:

Smart Therapy Center LLC: Under investigation for $14 million autism services fraud involving over billing and fictitious claims.

New American Development Center

Nicollet Senior Center Inc.

United Wellness Center

African American Family Services

Millenium Health Services

Bloom Home Health

Global Interpreting Innovations

Of these eight organizations, at least five have direct ties to federal funding and ongoing fraud allegations, including overbilling, kickbacks, and shell operations.

The remaining three are undergoing related audits.

Public databases show 184 National Provider Identifiers (NPIs) registered here for health services alone, none removed from federal programs despite red flags.

Furthermore the parents of the guy have spoken out. Alex Pretti's parents, Michael and Susan Pretti, had a conversation with their son about participating in protests in Minnesota. Michael Pretti recounted,
"We had this discussion with him two weeks ago or so, you know, that go ahead and protest, but do not engage, do not do anything stupid, basically," to which Alex responded affirmatively, indicating his understanding.

Alex gun was a high end $2000 range SIG 9mm handgun with a probable magazine capacity of around 20 . He had two spare magazines in his car.

After WW 2 Germans who had been following Hitler’s orders and had killed people were arrested and sentenced. Their excuse was that they were following orders. The courts didn’t accept it because following illegal orders is a crime.

The ICE thugs think that the president will pardon them. That might be true for federal crimes but these crimes are also state crimes. And you can be damn sure that several states are going to see to it that justice is served.

From the analysis I have seen, it seems like the victim was in for a very badluck. The gun he was carrying was a gun banned from service use because of accidental discharge.

I heard three kinds of guns go off and the first one is likely the victims gun.
