so i paid all loans taken since 2019 since 3 years but i still see my bvn on credit bureau reports and am not able to take new loans
how do i deal with this issues

Get a letter of non indebtedness and send to the credit bureau

Do the above or, alternatively, reach out to the institution(s) you borrowed from to send an update of your credit information to the bureaus.

Get the credit bureaus concerned. Copy their emails with the email of the CBN complaints wing and send to CRC, FirstCentral, and Credit Registry, the 3 major credit bureaus that financial institutions report to in Nigeria.

Yes I had similar issue some years back... I had to look for their customers service number and rectify it with them. After paying off your loan, you have to do a follow up to ensure that your name is cleared.

Don't underrate yourself oh! Some day you'll definitely need a loan urgently to execute a contract, to solve an urgent problem or you may get an opportunity to travel out of the country & they request for your credit score/rating at the embassy.

I never used to give a damn about paying back my online debts when I owed Okash for 2 years until I despirately needed funds to execute a contract.
Na there I see shege. Loan apps all refused to lend me a dime. My church member who is a top banker had already agreed to help me process my loan very fast without any collateral apart from the contract documents. Guess what? Na my credit score come spoil everything huh

After that experience, I made sure I payed all my debts & right now, my credit score is so high that I can borrow up to N1m from loan apps effortlessly.

After paying off your loan(s), contact the institutions or loan apps where you borrowed money from and do a 'follow up'.
Don't relax until you are sure they have taken your details off credit beareu's blacklist.

It takes between 1-30 working days to do that
