My fellow investors.

I am not impressed with the online redemption process with Stanbic IBTC MMF. Initiated a redemption last week Thursday: nothing.

I have initiated another today (before 12noon), let me see how it goes.

P.S. This is my first redemption since i started investing with them.

Except it is a huge amount
I normally get mine within few hours

Please which mutual fund is idea to invest in now? I am using cowrywise.
Arm money market fund on palmpay has a higher interest rate than in cowrywise. I don't know why.

Also thinking of trustbanc and cowrywise investment portfolio. Ps I am a beginner.

Do not use the app, go to there website and initiate redemption it happens to me also on till I used to the website

United Capital redemption is 2 minutes for funds under 2m

Just do trustbanc via cowrywise

spot on, never use the app for anything other than checking rates and adding funds, when its time for withdrawals hit the website only.

I'm old school on these MMF:
APEL & Meristem via email gets a lot of things done.
Their websites gives you profile etc.

Is the app better than operating through cowrywise in terms of deposit, viewing daily interest and withdrawing?

both are good but dealing with fund manager directly is a flex

I made my withdraw around 4pm yesterday and I got funds in my account around 8am today.

Hmmm but the rate for Trustbanc on Cowrywise never change o. Still 19.34. we go see sha

Trustbanc on Cowrywise was 19.34 still today. Trustbanc app direct has changed 19.43 yesterday, 19.45 today. Maybe na how Cowrywise dey make their money be dt. Joined Trustbanc last weekend to be able to see if there are differences in rates. Will keep tracking. But frankly, the ability to get several MMF on one platform makes cowrywise worth it.
