She survived being shot FIVE TIMES, federal prosecutors dropped all charges against her, and now she’s asking a judge to let the public see body-cam footage, communications, photos, and more.

Not just to defend her reputation, but to show Americans what really happened that day.

Her lawyers argue that the government’s narrative of labeling her a “domestic terrorist,” and a threat to the ICE officers that shot her despite dropped charges, is false and harmful.

They also point to the recent deadly shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis by ICE and Border Patrol agents, saying the public and elected leaders need transparency on how DHS uses deadly force against citizens.

Every time a DHS agent shoots someone, it’s the same script.

Blame the victim, claim agents were attacked, and their life was in danger.

And every time the evidence eventually shows DHS lied.

ICE/Border patrol agents should not be allowed to shoot people, and then blatantly lie to the public.

Releasing this evidence is the first real step toward transparency and actual accountability.

First story is from late 2025. The Dominican Republic has taken a very hard line AGAINST Haitian migrants to their country. These two countries are NEIGHBOURS sharing ONE ISLAND. So why should the USA be taking them in when THEIR NEIGHBORS refused? Why can't the people of Haiti use their Melanin Magical Intelligence and create a country as stable and liveable as Dominica?

Second report from 2021. I've read a report that the Dominican Republic has a zero tolerance policy for migration from Haiti. They've even started construction or maybe already installed a super high-tech fence barrier to keep them out. Where's the outrage?
