Effect of not being in tune with what is going on in the country. It had been very terrible and Akpabio didn't comment. Now that the prices have come down a bit, the day is now breaking on his side and he's now making his complain. He'll enter the same trousers with Tinubu's data boys. |

Ironfaceman:Lagos State has been very slow in launching the Central Epe Agro Food Hub which the FIRST EVER female Lagos State Commissioner of Agriculture and Food Systems said would be ready by May 2025 with the launch of Phase 1 of that project with the aim of crashing the price of food in Lagos State to 50% of the current prices by cutting off the greedy middle men who like to hoard food items to create artificial scarcity. Already, Lagos State has launched 150 CNG-fueled 40 ft haulage trucks for that project as of late 2025. The key to winning re-election for APC at all levels is to crash the cost of living for these folks on the street level. They have to have a sense of urgency and that's how they can easily win elections WITHOUT any rigging or accusations from any opposition parties. Period. |

If you think that Akpabio's speech is in the masses interest, definitely you're on a long thing. This is another design for the Tulumbu government to borrow more trillion dollars in the guise of fighting food insecurity that will be shared again. Nigerians una never learn ![]() |

bluefilm:Forget election time thing. Akpabio is one man that is well respected in his constituency. His second term is intact. He doesn't need to campaign much to win the election in his constituency. The only thing that can affect him is his senate president seat. |

You guys don't know Akpabio. This man is a tactical politician. 2027 is here and he wants to deceive masses by saying things that will appease them. He wants to align with the masses since has been alienated from them following his failed senate leadership and alleged promiscuous lifestyles that have made him lost supports. |

Mr Akpabio,The Senate and the Rest Of Us: Mr Akpabio can not claim that increasing Food Prices are New to him, since he got there as President of the Senate and in Fact, It is the Opposite Or May be is a long time he has been to the Markets,Since Big Men don't go to the Market in Nigeria. •Besides,Some Food Items are coming down, For Example,Garri,Beans ,Rice and Millet, But we want it to come down Still •The Followings Should Come Down, e .g .Fish,Meat, Groundnut Oil,Palm Oil are still Expensive and these are Locally Produced items - So why the high Prices? Or We have Said it Severally-Let there be Importations Of Foodstuffs On: - What Is Not Adequate or What We Cannot Produce Locally but this Govt-has Not allowed Such Importations, Nigerians Cannot Borrow From Banks because of the 27% High Interest Rates! Who wants to do such business that will end in the Banks as a Bad Debt! •When Last Did Akpabio Senate-, Call the CBN to Order on The High Interest Rates Solutions, but the CBN Always have a quick Answer -' We Want Foreign Investors', •But Why Not Make 200 Millions Nigerians- As Real Investors - LIKE THE INDIAN GOVT IS DOING AT HOME- Let Your Charity Begins At Home! •To Invest And Be Part of the Economy by Allowing those who wants to Borrow at a very Low Interest of between 2- 5%,then you see Nigeria Economy rising, •BUT FOR NOW WE ARE BUILDING AN EGALITARIAN ECONOMY - THAT ONLY THE ELITES ARE BENEFITTING WHILE MAJORITY OF NIGERIANS ARE SUFFERING WITH NOTHING TO FALL ON Hence the Increasing Poverty in Nigeria. So , Why Suddenly is Akpabio -Shouting About High Prices - After almost- 3 years of this Govt in Power? |

Bluntemperor:You don't have nor produce enough yet you refuse to import. The day Buhari closed the boarder, foodstuffs like soared high because the local farmers will triple their prices. |
