But my point is that... Do not donate money to anybody online! If you’re feeling like helping anybody, visit the nearest market close to you, those mama wey dey sell pepper or little little things, gift them whatever you wanna gift physically. Help is help!

Never underestimate scammers! There’s something called a legit scam!

As I saw the video on TikTok, I knew it was all planned. Anybody can meet with a poor family then make some agreements with them, all for people to donate money! And guess what? You can never know the end point of money you donate online!

Nah them Europeans started this pattern. They’ll meet a poor man and donate cash to him! Before you know, they’ve opened Gofundme and you’ll be hearing $200,000 has been donated so far.... Nah lie o, they just wanna get people to donate money. A win-win situation for the scammer helper & the Helpee..

I’m sure as times goes on, people will realize this. But for now, the scope never really cast..

It's an arrangee content, and Nigerians are falling for it. I m sure in a developed climes, such contents would have been stopped by the authority..
People have problems truly, and so much problems that even the govt can't solve. The play acting in the video content to deceive people is the issue.
It's all about clout chasing not really about helping.
The young man doling out money, what does he do for a living, what is his line of business, I thought Charity begins at home, has he helped all.the poor people in his family..
This is my thoughts..and I so doubt the authenticity of the video.

we work to fend for our families not prayers. People are getting wiser day by day.

Just like someone commented up there, be very careful before making donations. Some of these content creators are legit scammers, yahoo nor pay so dem switch to plan B.


There are many people suffering in the street who need help, meet them physically to help instead of making donations online........I don't trust these content creators.

take the salient lessons from the video which revolves around helping the less privileged and touching lives. It's not every time you need to criticise. After all, in life, you grow by lifting others. So rather than condemn or criticise, look for a soul to touch and uplift.

They pick up plastic bottles, papers, iron scraps and sell to respective recyclers. I like the way those people are ridding Lagos of pollution especially with the plastic bottles. I sometimes gather bottles and give to them whenever I see them going past my house
