🚨NFF provides update regarding the petition to FIFA against the DR Congo for fielding ineligible players in the Africa World Cup playoffs final

🧛NFF General Secretary, Dr. Sanusi Mohammed 🎙️: "We have a good case. We don’t venture into what we know is an exercise in futility.

"As far as we are concerned we have a good case and we are waiting for what FIFA will say as regards to the complaints we have logged."

If we win the case and also win the playoff we be in the same group with Portugal again in the fifa world cup group and we still want to play them in June before world cup.

Lookman put the transfer to fene on hold for now because Atletico just put in another offer to Atalanta

He is holding out for inter and ATM but fene’s offer is more lucrative

I often wonder why Nigerian players hardly get offers to g9 to bigger clubs after good performances

An Osimhen or Lookman shouldn't be playing in Turkey at this stage of thwir career

I pin it down to bad agents but I may be wrong

See all the talk of Bassey - I remember saying it that Bassey would go nowhere - he is Nigerian after all

No matter how good you play, clubs would either underprice or something would come up that will break down talks

It is what it is

It is mid boggling because ypu have a delap in Chelsea and gyokeres and sesko in top epl teams

I can't fathom it at all

If Bassey happen to be Ghanaian or even Senegalese with his performance at the just concluded Afcon and epl this season many big clubs would hv been fighting over him

I dey tell you

Imagine being in Turkey at the twilight of your career

It's not a massive step up at all, no matter the love fans are showing osimhen, it will severely limit their chances at silverware

See Semenyo, see sesko, see Gyokeres, how many good seasons did they have to prove themselves before a big club picked them up?

Is Man City too big a club for lookman? Or is Liverpool too big a club for osimhen

Stupid Arsenal with thwor racist boas will rather sign a "white one season wonder" striker than snap up Osimhen

Life truly ain't fair my bro

Osimhen has been doing his thing since royal charleroi and no big break yet..

Omo......

Our players need to learn to put release clause in their contract!

With a simple release clause, Osimhen would be at PSG, and Lookman at Inter Milan.

Nigerians are one of the most sought after talents in footballing world.
So die this cry cry big team stuff!

Moffi now at Porto. Milan bought Chuks from Villareal.
RBL just signed Sanni.
Bayern signed Oriakpo.
Chelsea signed Hafiz.
Milan signed Eletu.
Inter signed Akinsanmiro etc

Lookman will be 29 soon. Athletic Madrid is another Atalanta, they are winning no damn thing.
Lookman should sign for Fene!
Turkey is recruiting well, and in few years for now they would be really competitive!

They had respect for Man City and did not press high up the pitch. They were a tad conservative

Did you watch Galatasaray against Ajax and Bodo/Glimt, especially against Bodo/Glimt.
They were all about intensity and adrenaline. Very few teams can match up.
The game against Man City in the second half, came to a point where Man City iwanted to tone down the game's pace.

Galatasaray should take advantage of their team's intensity and stamina.
They should have pressed against an attack of Haaland, Doku and Cherki so that they'll be walloped 5:0 and miss the playoffs, they played the reasonable way a team of Galatasaray's stature would play against Man city keeping in mind that a respectable loss still takes them to the playoffs, Man city took their foot off the pedal in the second half but still created 2 clear chances that would have been goals if not for poor finishing

Galatasaray gave Man City the respect that was uncalled for.

A team that has illkay Gundogan and Gabriel Sara which are finer midfielders in my reckoning when compared to Man City's Benardo Silva and Nico O'Reilly, shouldn't have held back in the manner they did against Man City in the first half. Man City's wingers were the real magicians that did the work.

Galatasaray players have the stamina that can unsettle any team and yet in the first half of the game they appeared a bit held back, not pressing as required, they shouldn't have allowed Man City the psychological edge.

Galatasaray really came out to play in the second half, and Man City became blunt.
You really watched the match, Lucas Torreira that was benched because the coach wanted Gundogan to start was the problem in the first place. Lucas Torreira does not hold back against any opponent. He's the engine of Galatasaray's midfield but a silent worker, Okan benched him to start Gundogan as, I don't know, maybe a gift or something. Gundogan was too slow in that game. Immediately Torreira came on in the second half, Galatasaray started pressing, but Man City's defence was compact and organized.

Again, chances were not created for Osimhen because there wasn't/isn't a proper creator in the game, apart from Sane, the remaining attacking players prefer to dribble and lose the ball than attempt to find their striker in the box.

I felt sad when I found out that Lewis Skelly in Arsenal earns more than Ademola Lookman..

That Atalanta contract must have been peanuts!!
E no fit buy peanut seff.
€44k per week, €2.4m per year. And he's Atalanta's biggest player.

Him salary na the tithe of Osimhen own.

Me I don win AFCON for game o, so I go just dey follow real life with the mindset say I don win am, nothing really concern me again 😂

Group stage:
🇳🇬 Nigeria [2]–[1] Tanzania 🇹🇿
🇳🇬 Nigeria [3]–[0] Tunisia 🇹🇳
🇺🇬 Uganda [1]–[3] Nigeria 🇳🇬

Quarterfinals (no round of 16 in the game):
🇳🇬 Nigeria [6]–[2] Angola 🇦🇴

Semifinals:
🇲🇦 Morocco (4)[1]–[1](5) Nigeria 🇳🇬 (p.s.o)

Final:
🇸🇳 Senegal [2]–[3] Nigeria 🇳🇬 (a.e.t)

Osimhen scored in every match except the final...
Final goalscorers: Chukwueze, Iwobi, Lookman.
Before I forget, the AFCON really followed the way my game went. It was in the semifinal the game changed direction, but didn't change pattern 😏

Nigeria - Morocco ended on penalties
Morocco - Senegal ended in extra time, 1 goal margin and same possession stats 😊

What else do you want Lookman to do? At 29 years, he has less than 5 years left. It is now about the money. No more, no less. AFCON best CM-Gueye just moved to Gala. So?

Lookman wants Athletico. Put a stop to Fene!

Athletico offers 25. Fene 35 with bonus!

They should have allowed him to join Inter for 40 + 5.
