Frankfurt fans are laughing at Wolfsburg trying to hijack him with just above 10m.
They are saying that amount should be for his boots! lol
Those Germans get bad mouth.
The footballing world knows the value of our players in real time.

🐺 VfL Wolfsburg submitted an offer exceeding €10 million for Raphaël Onyedika. Bid now in the hands of Club Brugge, who have yet to respond.

🗣️ Onyedika and his camp awaiting a response from Blauw&Zwart, who have consistently stated their desire to keep the Nigerian midfielder this winter, even if it means facilitating a transfer this summer.

⌛️ Wait&See... #mercato #VfL #JPL

salah is collecting big bucks in liverpool lol. I know you will say he will receive higher in saudi but remember, even if he retires right now, he and his family are all set for life. More money is good but there is no amount of money that is ever enough anyways.
Egypt is a better run country compared to Nigeria
Salah is an anomaly
Salah is Arab
Salah could already be a UK citizen by now
I was joking

Maybe it’s just me
My observation
AFCON 2023 seemed more physically tasking
AFCON 2025 seemed more technical
Pitch quality
Injuries post Ivory Coast edition is more than that of Morocco

,......and forgotten. Reason why e no good to sign for relegation threatened teams outside of England.

If player wan do second division league for Europe, na the English Championship be the best place. Its the most competitive and visible. Top European clubs even recruit players directly from Championship clubs.

Victor Gyokeres - from Conventry to Sporting Lisbon

Jobe Bellingham - from Sunderland to Borrusia Dortmund.

etc

Semi Ajayi, Ryan Alebiosu and Bright Osayi are all playing in the championship and still getting Super Eagles invitation.

Femi Azeez, Arthur Okonkwo are in the EFL Championship and on the radar of Eric Chelle. I cant say this for any player playing in the 2nd division of any other European league.. Enough said.

These are the gestures! Football is played by humans and if the desire of man to be appreciated is sufficiently catered to, the outcomes are the same — loyalty.

Turkey has been massive in this area for our players

Major Lookman games to look forward to in ATM colors:

Feb 8: Atletico vs Real Betis (La Liga) - Lookman's likely league debut

Feb 14: Rayo vs Atletico (La Liga) - Lookman's likely 1st away game in La Liga

Feb 18 & 24: Atletico vs Club Brugge (UCL) - Lookman v Onyedika

Mar 22: Real Madrid vs Atletico (La Liga)

Apr 5: Atletico vs Barca (La Liga)

Apr 12: Sevilla vs Atletico (La Liga) - Akor vs Lookman

NB: Atletico's next game is in the copa del rey on thursday (Feb.5) vs Betis but I dont know if Lookman will debut then.

Yes, playing style will need some adapting but he is a World Class Player and has thrived in a similar ultra defensive system before. Remember Lookman under JPes.

Ademola Lookman will be the first super eagles player to play for Atletico Madrid.

One day we will also break that Real Madrid and Bayern Munich yoke.

Fun Fact: Ademola Lookman is ATM's 2nd Naija lad

Ademola Lookman will be the 2nd Naija player to play for Atletico Madrid in History but the first to play for them in La Liga.

The First 🇳🇬 ATM baller was Abass Muyiwa Lawal who played for ATM in La Liga 2 in the 2000/2001 season. He also featured in some copa del rey games in same season.

Between 1997/98 season and 98/99 season, he played for Atletico B in La Liga 2 (Spanish Segunda).

He went on to eventually play in La Liga but for Albacete in 2003/04 and 2004/05 making few appearances.

So while Lawal never played for ATM in La Liga, Ademola would be the first Nigerian baller to do so.
